I closed escrow on a property I purchased & First American Title in Killeen Texas has yet to refund me the overage in the escrow account. I have called, emailed. No response. This is the worst experience I've had with a Title Company & I've been in Real Estate for over 30 years.
Tip for consumers:
Do not use First American Title, the employees are incompetent.
I ordered a few products & they said they were on a 60 day back-order. I received half my order, but almost 5 months later & I still haven't received the other half. Now I have to dispute the transaction with my credit card company. It appears this company is having issues with their employees NOT fulfilling the orders, although I tried emailing them & now their email came back as "non-deliverable"... so something is up & they are not responding to make it right.
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT order from this company. They are taking money & NOT fulfilling customer orders.
