Nationwide Home Innovations headquarters is based on the Dorset Jurassic Coast, we’ve been installing high quality home improvement products across the country for over 35 years.

We believe in providing first-class bespoke pergolas, verandas and awnings using the highest quality materials. All our products come with a 5 year guarantee.

Our process is simple, firstly a countrywide sales representative will visit for a free, no obligation design consultation where samples are presented and all requirements are discussed. Upon placing an order, our surveyor will visit to ensure the product will fit flawlessly. Our own skilled installers will complete the installation to the high standards we expect.

Veranda

Nationwide veranda fitted to our home in Yorkshire will keep the rain off and let us enjoy the outside when it rains! Bit of a delay to start with, took it as a good sign that they had plenty of business. They kept us informed. Sales guy was pleasant & not too pushy which we liked. The 3 installers did a good job and cleared up well when they finished. Fitted a couple of months ago, looking great so far - recommend

We are extremely satisfied with our Terrace Roof extension with its integral sun screens. From initial contact through to completion the process was smooth and uncomplicated. Darren and Wayne arrived early ( pleasant surprise) and worked tirelessly into the fading light to ensure installation completed within one day. The end result is superb- both in looks and build quality - and it performs exactly as envisaged. Well done Nationwide.

We recently experienced a motor failure and electrical fault on our 12 ft awning due to the heavy rainfall. This was no fault of the Nationwide awning. When contacted Nationwide swiftly organised engineers to visit and resolve the problem. Stuart and Reese arrived on time and carried out the work with very pleasant efficiency, keeping us informed throughout the installation of a motor and new parts. They were neat and tidy and left the patio clear and clean.

When the wind sensor failed within the week (unknown fault) the company very quickly organised engineers to visit. This morning Ben and Joshua came precisely on time and again without hesitation resolved the problem informing us of the cause of the problem (again heavy rainfall).

On each occasion the engineers arrived precisely at the booked time and carried out their work in an efficient and friendly manner.

We would most certainly recommend Nationwide every time. First class!

We love our new veranda

A very smooth process from initial discussions with the salesman, a visit from the surveyor to follow and then the wait for fitting - slightly longer than we hoped as Christmas and New Year intervened! The fitters were very professional speedy and tidy and we are delighted with the result. We are looking forward to warmer weather so we can sit outside under our lovely new veranda.

We've had the veranda installed early December and we are so pleased! It looks better than imagined!
Everything went smoothly from selling to completion. Communication was very good and when questions asked, the response was very prompt; timings of delivery as communicated and when a slight problem occurred, customer service was very good and we even got an upgrade :).
The team on site that installed the veranda were very professional and efficient with minimal disturbance.
Overall a very good experience and we would recommend the company and use their products again.

From initial visit for the order details to site visit prior to fitting everything has gone very smoothly indeed. First visit went over the numerous options available to us and the follow up site visit finalised exactly what was going to happen to our satisfaction. The fitment team where very professional in all aspects of the fitting and left the site clean and tidy afterwards. We are very happy with our new veranda, thank you.

The initial Sales visit was very poor because of the manner, approach and advice of the sales person. Fortunately we knew what we wanted and were able to make changes to the design during the surveyor's visit. Thereafter from the surveyor's visit to the installation and follow up the performance of NHI was excellent. The product is of excellent quality and the design mm perfect. I would particularly commend the installation crew who were well equipped, polite, experienced and competent. The finished result was therefore very satisfactory.

Very professional, helpful and knowledgeable from initial sales visit through to site engineers assessment of our needs and establishing the best way to achieve them.

Office staff were friendly and kept us well informed on the progress of our order.

Finished off by a very efficient and tidy installation team who carried out the work extremely well.

Excellent service

The men who fitted my awning were really pleasant and even moved my wall butterfly and thermometer to a different location so I didn't have top without me even asking. My telephone conversations with the ladies were always lovely. The product looks amazing although until the warm weather comes round I shall not be able to fully enjoy it. So far I am very pleased with the service from Nationwide. Thank you.

All ready for next summer

Following the installation of an awning in early summer we have just had a side blind fitted. Once again we were very happy with the service provided and the product. All staff that we had contact with were polite, helpful and kept in contact throughout the waiting period. The fitters came on time, were thorough and left everything clean and tidy. We were given instructions on how to use the side screen and was left with appropriate paper work. We would recommend this company.

Superb Blind

Nationwide fitted a very wide blind at the back of our house. The chaps who fitted it were very competant and my wife and myself are very pleased. We only wish the sun would come out more often so we could enjoy sitting in the shade.

Our experience of Nationwide Home innovations has been excellent from out first enquiry through to installation of our veranda. The sales team were informative and responsive but never overtly pushy. Notification and updates on progress of our order was very good. But most importantly the installation team were probably the most excellent group of professionals we have ever had on our property. The work was of superb quality, there were no issues requiring subsequent correction and apart from our excellent new veranda no evidence that installers had ever been at our premises. Great product, great team and great value.

Our senior management team has responded immediately on several occasions stating that we are more than happy to address any issue. Being there is no record of any previous complaint we requested further information to enable us to arrange a site visit. However Peter V is insistent on dealing with one person who is unavailable and refuses to provide any information other than abusive messages. To reiterate, we are more than happy to attend any warranty claim assuming we know what the complaint actually is about.

Having found the small sunshades that come with garden furniture inadequate, and considered the problem of the heavier free-standing shades blowing around in the wind and the difficulty of storing them, we contacted Nationwide Home Innovations about their awnings, having looked at several sites and deciding that they looked the most likely to be able to provide what we wanted. We could not have made a better decision! There was no hard sell from the salesperson, and delivery and installation were prompt and efficient. Although by no means cheap, we now have a smart awning which opens and closes easily and provides wonderful shade for our patio. I only wish we had more space to have some of their other wonderful products.

Ive been enjoying my bespoke veranda designed by Nationwide for 5 years now and Ive got nothing but good things to say about the company and their products.
They worked closely with me throughout the design process, and their expertise and experience meant that what I ended up with a quality product thats built to last.
Im sitting in my veranda right now as I write this, warmed by the heater and sheltered from the rain in total comfort top marks for Nationwide.
Tips for consumers: Make sure you listen to their advice when it comes to picking the right materials they know what theyre talking about!
