We recently experienced a motor failure and electrical fault on our 12 ft awning due to the heavy rainfall. This was no fault of the Nationwide awning. When contacted Nationwide swiftly organised engineers to visit and resolve the problem. Stuart and Reese arrived on time and carried out the work with very pleasant efficiency, keeping us informed throughout the installation of a motor and new parts. They were neat and tidy and left the patio clear and clean.
When the wind sensor failed within the week (unknown fault) the company very quickly organised engineers to visit. This morning Ben and Joshua came precisely on time and again without hesitation resolved the problem informing us of the cause of the problem (again heavy rainfall).
On each occasion the engineers arrived precisely at the booked time and carried out their work in an efficient and friendly manner.
We would most certainly recommend Nationwide every time. First class!
