I was assigned with purchasing the flooring for our school project. The salespeople from National Floors were very helpful in finding the right durable tile flooring for the bathroom and kitchen and luxury vinyl for the rest of the project.

I love our new floors in the kitchen and baths in our house. National Floors had a wonderful team come and install them and they did a super job. The floors look so much better now and I am thrilled with the finished product.

We had flooring installed from National Floors Direct. They were on time and completed the work as scheduled and did a wonderful job.

I highly recommend National Floors Direct. We had them install Vinyl flooring for its resilience and the floors are beautiful. They added a really nice feel to the atmosphere in our home.

So many home repairs and improvements are accomplished by their providers based solely on their schedules. National Floors Direct works completely differently, around their customers' schedules. We had no problem with them agreeing to be here when we needed them to be and the entire job was completed in the window we needed it to be as well just like we were told it would be.

It is with complete certainty that I say their team of installers is the best around. They worked with a great amount of speed and efficiency and the job was executed to perfection. Their skill at their craft was matched by their professionalism and friendliness. They work clean. They left zero mess for us to deal with and did not exit without confirming we were completely satisfied.

The number one reason why we use the professionals from Nation Floors Direct for all of our flooring needs was that their installers, unlike another place we used, were all respectful gentlemen especially in regards towards my two teenage daughters that like to watch.

Hands down would recommend National Floors Direct to anyone looking for any type of flooring. If there is something you want and they don't have, I assure you with straight confidence that they will bend over to get it especially for you.

After having some water damage done to our laminate flooring we decided to have some new flooring installed by National Floors Direct. They were punctual and very transparent with pricing and what to expect. They came out and did a perfect job with the installation and were kind to our house.

This is the 2nd time we used NFD and enjoyed both experiences. From the sales process to the installation was great. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is because the seam is visible, but all in all the room and stairs are beautiful. We would use NFD again.

When we recently opened our first business National Floors Direct was the one and only company I reached out to help with our flooring. They also did our home so I knew the quality of work they provided. I will always come here whenever I need any sort of flooring services.

I honestly came here because I've heard good things about the quality of their flooring. Of course, I want a good price but not at the cost of quality. I want something that will last for many years to come. I, without a doubt, found that with National Floors Direct.

Buyer Beware.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They do not take cards and of course that is something they don't tell you until you have agreed and are ready to pay. I scheduled to have my floors done on June 11 and was just told TODAY (June 8) that I now have to wait until August 7 to have my floors done. There was no apology or any sort of remorse for the inconvenience and when I asked for a refund I was told that since it had been more than three days that the order could not be cancelled.

There was no mention of the fact that I waived the 3-Day Cancellation option BECAUSE I was told that they were ordering the material as soon as possible and needed to ensure that I wouldn't cancel now that they had made the order.

I paid nearly $1000 as a deposit (through Cashapp) because who still uses checks in 2021 or just keeps thousands of dollars in cash at the ready. So they get to keep my money until they decide to either give me a refund or do my floors. They also mentioned on their site that they price match any other written offer by 15% or it's free... One guess to if they actually honored that.

They are very rude on the phone to the point of mocking and hang up when you demand to speak to a manager. I have absolutely no interest in doing any business with them.

Find another company, the headache isn't worth it.

Update: I finally got a refund after I agreed to delete all of my complaints and reviews; something that the FTC literally sanctioned them for, the proof is on their BBB page. The refund check was for the incorrect amount but I would rather eat glass than spend any more hours of my life on the phone with this garbage company. I think it's very suspicious that nearly every good review they have on Trust Pilot has an "Invited" check rather than a "Verified" check. Do with that what you will.

Who needs a middle man when you can by direct from an establishment like NFD? I suppose if you had money to burn that would be an option. Personally speaking we did not and the savings we enjoyed here were put to good use. My spouse is going to laugh at me for adding this but I have to say how beautiful the cut and loop pile we chose is.

NFD is a company that knows the meaning of a promise and how to keep it. We made detailed installation arrangements with them weeks before the actual installation because we are big schedulers and planners. Our busy environment is a lot busier at some times than it is at others. We wanted that to be accommodated as seamlessly as possible and it was. They must have taken thorough notes for all was remembered and carried out.

I recently had National Floors Direct replace my old worn out laminate floors with some new vinyl flooring. It has proven to be water proof and scratch proof so I am really happy with the work they did.

We hired National Floors Direct after a short consultation. They are some real professionals and their pricing was way better than using some of the more popular corporate companies. The floors came out great and the customer service was informative and communicative. Definitely gives these folks a look if you are in the market.

A cousin suggested I contact this company when we started working out our flooring concerns. They met with us, offered some great ideas, and helped us find one that fit us and our budget. I am in love with the work too. Too many floors to select

National Floors Direct delivered a fantastic and beautiful finish to the new bathroom. We built it on the older house, but with the help from NFD it turned out beautifully. You would never see the difference between the old and new.

Horrible experience! Customer service is terrible. Nobody showed up as promised to re-stretch carpet. Tried to contact them twice. First time Mike, from service, was extremely rude. When nobody showed up, I called again. They took my number but nobody called me. Awful! Do yourself a favor, find another company. I will NEVER recommend them to anybody. I am a realtor with a 13 years experience. This is so far the worst customer service I had to deal with.
