National Floors Direct did a fantastic job when we recently replaced the carpet in our bedroom. The entire process was simple and comfortable, starting with our initial call and continuing through our installation with sales representative Robert. There were numerous samples available, and it was pleasant to browse in the comfort of our own home. Installers of the carpet were cordial and skilled, showing up on schedule, and cleaning up after themselves. Without a doubt recommended them.

Being involved with National Floors Direct was a wonderful experience. The customer support representative was quite professional. She scheduled a measurement the next day. The salesperson was also courteous. He had all of the samples and gave excellent suggestions. The installers were excellent. They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves.

We had a fantastic experience working with National Floors Direct! From the salesman to the installation, everything was excellent! We had our bedrooms and stairs carpeted, as well as our small laundry room floor replaced. We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. They were quick and efficient, and the pricing was reasonable. We shall return in the future.

At the start of our remodeling project, I was unsure of what we needed. Thanks to the expertise of our design team and flooring installer, we have learned a great deal and achieved stunning results ahead of schedule. While not every project goes this smoothly, I am sincerely grateful for our success.

This is honestly the worst company I have ever worked with! First, the salesperson didn't know what he was doing and sold me flooring that doesn't match my present flooring. The installers never showed me the flooring before ripping out my carpet. I called National Floors Direct to let them know the color recommended by their salesperson did not match and they told me it was my fault. I wanted to see if I can change out the flooring for something that does match. National Floors Direct wanted to charge me a $1700 restocking fee to change the color even though they say they are direct to the warehouse. Seriously? I finally agreed to pay $500 extra, They said they'll send somebody out to install it. The people came about three hours later and told me they don't move electric beds. Now what am I supposed to do as a 63-year-old woman, move my king-size bed myself? This company sucks. I have no idea how they got so many positive reviews because they can't possibly be true. Reconsider before you ever hire this company. Oh- and I forgot to mention- they do NOT take credit cards and do not tell you that upfront and they demand payment upfront!

I was promised a lifetime warranty product and installation.
Part of the step came lose some of the floor was not cut straight I called and sent photos and they told me that they were not responsible for any of the installation I need to get a third party to fix the problem.

Our kitchen floor was recently redone by NFD and we couldn't be happier! The installation was stress-free and the cost was very reasonable. The contractor who took care of the job was superb and our new floor looks absolutely amazing. The excellent customer service we received was an added bonus. We got our new flooring from here and they arranged for the installment. The crew was great and the work was top notch. We are very happy with the new floors in our house. We recommend this store.

They said they would be here from 7:30 to 12:30 they didn't come until 3:30 then they looked around and it looked to me very suspicious then he said do you have cash I said yes they he wanted the money first. He wouldn't due job he had a deposit but would due anything till they were paid in full. I didn't even see the rug and he wouldn't install till all was paid. The customer service was horrible I call she said I signed a contract they scam me because I said I would pay cash when job was done. They said we are keeping my deposit and then they left.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use this company. It is a rip-off and their installation, warranty and customer service are horrendous. Had this floor installed in April of 2022 and a month or so ago noticed that some of the seams started to come up oft the floor. Also noticed that the
"boards" were starting to "bow" up. I called and was told my warranty was only 90 days and there was nothing that National Floors Direct could do and I would have to go to an outside source to get it fixed. Now, when the salesman initially scammed me, he said that they would
"mud" the floor over the existing tiles so the tiles wouldn't have to be removed. When the installer came, who bought his wife along as a helper, came, he told me he wasn't going to use mud, and that a thin layer of foam would suffice. Well, obviously, that did not work. Now, about the initial installation. The installer had to come back numerous times. The floor was installed so that the boards tell short of the walls. He came back and just tilled in the gaps with caulking. The saddles kept coming up. He came back and reglued them and then told me to put cement cinder blocks on them for two days until the glue dried. After a day, I noticed that the veneer on my wall was ripped apart. The installer, when trying to pull the moulding off ripped it off the wall. Think he would have told me? No, didn't even think to. I understand mistakes are made, but not to tell me and then just to try and hide it. Unacceptable. This floor is a piece of junk. The salesman was a great scammer. Got me to believe him. The installer seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. So, once again, DON'T GET SCAMMED. USE A LOCAL FLOOR GUY INSTEAD. Might be a little more dollars, but to not have to deal with the aggravation, it is worth it.

There are just too many reasons to use NFD not to use them. I mean they have all the top brands at the lowest prices. How can you go wrong? I'm not cheap. If I see something I want, I'll pay for it but why pay more if you don't have to?

If I could give them zero stars I would this company is terrible a total scam I gave them $3900 deposit my tile is still not installed and I literally have to argue with them every day because it's just problem after problem DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They Delivered the wrong tile that the salesman wanted me to buy. Come to find out they sold me a tile they don't even have! There response is incorrect they just wanna keep my deposit. Obviously if it was the right tile I would have let them install it no problem. Now they won't even answer my calls! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.! I am still asking for a refund of my $3900 deposit. If they return my money I will update. It is now one month since their salesman came to my house delivered the wrong tile missed two installation dates and now they said there keeping my deposit money $3900!Once again DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! TOTAL TRASH!

We had our kitchen floor replaced through here and it looks great! I was a bit confused during selection because there was so many designs but they helped me out. The team worked hard and finished on time and now we cannot stop admiring their work. I will surely be using them when we are ready to work on our bathroom.

This is an excellent place to find flooring. You will get different types and different qualities. Good prices and great service.

NFD is a scam- buyer beware
I chose NFD as a direct result of the reviews online. If you live in the Maryland/DC region Please learn from my experience- Do not purchase floors from this company. What they don't tell you is you will be waiting for them from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm and if they don't show up by 5:00 pm you will be rescheduled. You cannot cancel your order, you cannot speak with management, you cannot vent or write your concerns with anyone in leadership. The customer service person (Kim) informed me " there is nothing you can do but wait". No floors installed, no communication and out of $4000. I regret choosing this company to install my floor.

From the first phone call to the completed installation, my experience at National Floors Direct was amazing. They have a lot of floors to select from and the floors are of the highest quality. The installers did a perfect job and everyone I interacted with was extremely professional and provided excellent service.
