I purchase a dress that was beautiful on their website, and I received something totally diferrent. Not the same material or the same style than the dress. I have been trying for 10 days to email them and request an address with no luck. Do not waste your time with them.

They give me a track number that reports no number. Ordered back in nov, and still havent received article. They have 2 different notifications to get package and none work. I believe if I would have given them more info. It could be worse and i still dont know. They have my money thru paypal.

Poor quality of material and production.
Returns only possible to China, with offers to accept a fraction of the the payment made for keeping the items. Eventually customer support did not react any more after months of insiting to return the items.

YOU ARE WARNED! This is a fraudulent site and nothing on it is as described! They post cool looking hip clothes and what you get is NOT anything like they describe! I ordered cool "painted" jeans with peacocks and butterflies and they sent me some old lady print pants. All the tops were extremely cheap and knockoffs. They give you the runaround when you ask to return something. I deliberately ordered from PAYPAL because PAYPAL stands by their internet shopping bad policies. NARACHIC tried to circumvent Paypal. I've sent multiple emails. They blocked my email.
I took a case out with Paypal- waiting for result.

Shame i have to give any stars. I was ripped off by Narachic. They say they will send something and then make excuses for it not arriving by blaming their freight company. After 5 months of trying to get Narachic to post to a very straightforward address with all sorts of lame excuses for dresses not arriving, I asked for a refund. After repeated requests to semi literate persons at *******@narachic.com they would only offer 15%. I've now reported Narachic to the ACCC an Australian government body dedicated to outing scmmers. DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY WITH NARACHIC. Spread the word through social media to bring down these guys.

I purchased a dress on this website, I communicated with customer service prior to my purchase and they assured me the item I purchased would arrived before the date I needed it by. Well it wasn't and their customer service was terrible! They kept referring to me as "dear" & "sweetie"! I made contact with them several times requesting that they cancel the order and they refused to cancel it even though the item hadn't shipped out yet. I waited 3wks(more than the allotted time) and I still haven't gotten it! The worst experience I've ever had ordering anything online.

The item I ordered was not only ugly, but didn't look anything like the photo. The fit was bizarre. Leggings, which are supposed to be tight, were giant bell-bottoms! And not cute ones! The fabric and stitching are terrible. And they were not cheap. I SO wish I has read reviews of this company first. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY BEAUTIFUL ADS. Those items are NOT what you will be receiving! I have left them an email trying to get my $ back, but have not heard anything from them, nor do I expect to. A big lesson for me in researching every company before I purchase online. Thank you for this forum. I wish I could do more.

I bought 3 items from this company. As soon as I opened the package I knew I made a huge mistake. The tshirt on the website was a nice soft yellow with a distressed look. In reality - the shirt was neon yellow and the design was so poorly silk screened - it was awful. Aaaand made of cheap material. Next item was a jumpsuit made of the cheapest thinnest material I was a worried I'd rip it just trying it on. Third item was again- cheap cheap garbage!
Worst part- I argued with this company over and over requesting a refund. The best they would do was 25% after they said it wouldn't be a good idea to mail it back because it could get lost.
So thanks to this company I'm out $75 and have a garbage bag full of terrible clothing.

Ordered June 11 and received item on July 8. Pants were enormous. Pattern not as shown on website. Return policy, lol. Their suggestion is to keep the size 2x pants and order another product with the 15% coupon they graciously offered. Ummm... no thank you. Please do not waste your money here.

I give this company a negative 100... you know I was excited to enjoy my order once I finally received my order after 3 months waiting for it. The blouse and pants were wrong size and no where near what the pictures showed. Material was cheap. The whole $63. Outfit looked like my 2 years old granddaughter sewed it together. I was angry and very very disappointed. I will be reporting them to BBB. Please do not order anything I beg you. It's took my hard working money and they robbed me blind..
