Sold me products that are see through and can't wear. When you ask for a refund you have to pay return shipping fees which and they give you some ridiculous address in China to return items too. They even advise that returning pkgs get lost all the time then they offer you a mere 20% of your purchase back and you can keep the clothing which doesn't fit you anyway. Do No Waste your money on this site. Sizes are not US sizes either they are way smaller.

If I could rate my review as a negative, I would! I ordered 6 weeks ago and haven't seen any of my order. Tracking method sucks - so far has not worked for me. I have sent numerous emails with no response whatsoever. Do not order from this company... Total scam. Unfortunately I read all the reviews too late. Don't know if I'll ever see my merchandise - $100 totally gone.

It took FOREVER to receive the order, when I received it months later - it was TRASH! They should be shut down for scamming customers the website displays desirable fashions - yet the product that you finally receive is simply TRASH. WHY SCAM CUSTOMERS I hope everyone reads this review because I am giving this piece of crap to my Doberman to sleep on in his kennel.

I give this company a negative 100... you know I was excited to enjoy my order once I finally received my order after 3 months waiting for it. The blouse and pants were wrong size and no where near what the pictures showed. Material was cheap. The whole $63. Outfit looked like my 2 years old granddaughter sewed it together. I was angry and very very disappointed. I will be reporting them to BBB. Please do not order anything I beg you. It's took my hard working money and they robbed me blind..

If you want to flush your money do it, what you order and what you get is just unbearable. E.g. I ordered a cowl jumper in Large they sent me a small which didn't even fit a 4yo as couldn't get over head. The other item a long line card was what I would call cropped, poor quality, already pulled not even useful as a whammy, just landfill.

Not having seen the reviews below, I ordered 5 items and had the same experience as everyone else. The internet image does not accurately represent the articles; the fabric is nothing you have ever encountered - not cotton or polyester or paper or plastic! They are uncontactable in every way except email, won't accept returns, and won't refund. This site is a disgrace and I am reporting them to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. I'd be grateful if other dissatisfied consumers would follow suit. Perhaps we will have some success if we make enough noise.

I purchased a dress on this website, I communicated with customer service prior to my purchase and they assured me the item I purchased would arrived before the date I needed it by. Well it wasn't and their customer service was terrible! They kept referring to me as "dear" & "sweetie"! I made contact with them several times requesting that they cancel the order and they refused to cancel it even though the item hadn't shipped out yet. I waited 3wks(more than the allotted time) and I still haven't gotten it! The worst experience I've ever had ordering anything online.

Ordered dress 7 weeks ago. Eagerly waiting for delivery which took forever. Finally received today, was so disappointed with it. Not as pictured. Colors pictured as gold were bright red. All colors in picture subdued but looked like a cartoon colors upon receipt. Material was like umbrella trash. So disappointed. Don't bother ordering from this company.

I ordered my stuff in March here it is July and nothing it took them all most a month to deliver and I told them before it was shipped I want my money back they waited to ship and then told me I couldn't get it back so now I'm out of my money still waiting for the product, u can not talk to anyone its just a email u can contact and the dont responded please don't waste up money on there stuff!

I received my order yesterday. I do not have words to express how dissatisfied I am with the products. The dress has no shape to it and is poorly made. As for the T-shirt, the style is much different than the pic online. It's just a basic tshirt with a sticker on it that looks like it will fall apart after the first wash.

Unfortunately for me, I read your reviews a bit too late. Everything negative that has been posted is completely accurate. Rest assured, I will never order anything from Narachic.

They give me a track number that reports no number. Ordered back in nov, and still havent received article. They have 2 different notifications to get package and none work. I believe if I would have given them more info. It could be worse and i still dont know. They have my money thru paypal.

I made a purchase from this company back in April. It's now July 16th and I haven't received my order. I have sent several emails with no response. There is no chance of getting a refund from them. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Don't order from this company! Scammers!

Poor quality of material and production.
Returns only possible to China, with offers to accept a fraction of the the payment made for keeping the items. Eventually customer support did not react any more after months of insiting to return the items.

YOU ARE WARNED! This is a fraudulent site and nothing on it is as described! They post cool looking hip clothes and what you get is NOT anything like they describe! I ordered cool "painted" jeans with peacocks and butterflies and they sent me some old lady print pants. All the tops were extremely cheap and knockoffs. They give you the runaround when you ask to return something. I deliberately ordered from PAYPAL because PAYPAL stands by their internet shopping bad policies. NARACHIC tried to circumvent Paypal. I've sent multiple emails. They blocked my email.
I took a case out with Paypal- waiting for result.

Shame i have to give any stars. I was ripped off by Narachic. They say they will send something and then make excuses for it not arriving by blaming their freight company. After 5 months of trying to get Narachic to post to a very straightforward address with all sorts of lame excuses for dresses not arriving, I asked for a refund. After repeated requests to semi literate persons at *******@narachic.com they would only offer 15%. I've now reported Narachic to the ACCC an Australian government body dedicated to outing scmmers. DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY WITH NARACHIC. Spread the word through social media to bring down these guys.

I was looking at all the jumpsuits, tops, etc that Narachic has for sale! But after reading the reviews ive changed my mind. These chothes are made in China and undoubtedly only fit the small petite asian women. There are alot of online shops like this. They all need to be shut down. Buy US

This is a total scam! Don't buy anything! I keep seeing the s and ads with another company name. I think they collect a bunch of orders then change the name of the website and do it again under another name.

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD! THEY STEAL MONEY FROM HARDWORKER PEOPLE THEN CLOSE DOWN THEIR WEBSITE AND DO NOT REFUND MONEY OR PRODUCE YOUR ORDER. STAY AWAY! FRAUDULENT COMPANY!

Ordered June 11 and received item on July 8. Pants were enormous. Pattern not as shown on website. Return policy, lol. Their suggestion is to keep the size 2x pants and order another product with the 15% coupon they graciously offered. Ummm... no thank you. Please do not waste your money here.

I ordered a dress on the site in May, I sent several emails to get a taut update but never received a response. No product and no refund. I'm going to try to go through PayPal about a refund.
