We bought an LG fridge 2 mos. Ago, it sucks, the ice maker makes a horrible noise and one of the handles is already broken!
We called our salesman (Keith) in appliances and he hung up on my husband. We are pretty laid back people and that is no way to treat someone.
After that we called LG and they sent 2 different techs out and said it cannot be fixed. So we read the guarantee that quotes after 2 times we will get a full refund or a new fridge. What a joke! Now we have to have another tech come and write a report which we already have 2, but here we go again, then LG decides what to do for us.
Please, please people make sure RCWilley will stand behind there products because they don't!
They have lost a very good customer, and I hope many more will read this and not go back.
