Leave work early to pickup my online order. Show up 6 to 8 mins before 6pm. Doors locked lights off. 2 guys come out of back and I inquired why are they closing early I am here to pick up my online order. He unlocked the store and got me my parts even though he felt inconvenience. Now I see a charge for $60 not the $57.14 I agreed to pay. Not only did the price go up when I went to purchase items I see at the bottom of my invoice that they are going to charge me more then I agreed to. Waiting for them to correct it. I never agreed to round up
What is the point of showing something as available in 30 minutes when in fact it is not available for days?
Why are you above the city mask requirements?
I'll happily pay triple to NEVER deal with NAPA again.
I purchased a part that NAPA Online said fit my vehicle, but their website was wrong and it didn't. After calling NAPA Online regarding this, I shipped the part back to them. They received the part back 12 days ago and as of today, I have yet to receive a refund, despite my calling them twice and emailing them twice without a single reply or resolution to date! To me, this is absolutely unacceptable! So much so, that I will never ever purchased another item, ever from NAPA Online. Buyer Beware!
Just bought a drive shaft hanger bearing for my truck. I needed it, the garage had it disassembled w/truck on their lift. I figured the part would be about 40-50 buck bases on Rock Autos price of 15 including shipping. Total price $77.82 Same Made in China. Theirs was an SKF bearing, Rocks is a Timkin bearing. Gouging, Watch your wallets
Buyer beware of return policy for online purchases. The floor mats I ordered online turned out to be thin cheap black plastic. They wouldn't lie flat no matter what I did so I had to return them. Warning there is a restocking charge on top of the return shipping. I lost 34% of my original purchase charge for a product that was poor quality & didn't work. NAPA is not an honorable company. Avoid ordering from their website.
I purchased a set of wiper blades for my 2007 Honda CRV which were returned after a rain due to not fitting the wind shield. Mark the store manager tried to determine the cause of the problem without success.
I kept the old blades which were replaced. Mark showed extreme patience with me and he is to be
Commanded. The store is in East Cobb near Cobb Drive and Johnstone Ferry.,
Employee, Ryan is the kind of employee that gives you legal problems. He verbally accosted my wife. I wouldn't waste my time with NAPA. They've always been overpriced for low end items. I ended up here after the Keizer branch took our money and lost our order.
In this case, I bought an item and the place wouldn't get it to me until a lawyers name was dropped. Called fraud guys. If I by a part and your company won't deliver the item that's a problem. Paying for the item and having you tell us you can't see the purchase and won't give us our parts with proof of purchase is fraud.
Let's see where this goes. I smell a bill from Nissan at your door
I ordered a part only because it stated that it would arrive the next day. When I finished the check out online it then stated in would arrive in 6 days which was borderline OK as I was going out of town the next day but still, 6 days is much different than 1. Then when the shipping label was created UPS stated a day or two later. I have my fingers crossed it may arrive early but I am not holding out. Next day shipping turned into a week.
Went to the website, requested the parts, and they had them in store the next day. Picked them up and they were a perfect fit... Even had install and adjustment instructions in the box. Salesman informed me of all the warranty/return conditions before I paid for them. Thanks.
Napa are scammers. I was offered a lower price for a part that my mechanic (who is my brother in law) was offered. It was $120 more for his repair shop to buy than the price I can buy it for. When he called their head office they did not offer any explanation of the price difference and told him "that's the price they sell it for repair shops". So, I bought it at the lower price and he installed the part. I did have to pick up the part, rather than have free delivery. Makes me think their free delivery is not free, its 120 dollars. I could not afford this part so my brother in law advised me to call around to suppliers and this is how I found out.
We would like to recognize the extreme customer service at the Tillamook, Oregon Store. We would like to commend the above and beyond customer service from the employee CODY that helped us exchange out our Oxygen tank... we stayed in the parking lot to attach the regulator and we found that there was not a perfect match... so Cody got his Boss and they found a nipple in their store that matches up with the regulator and the tank and there isn't a leak anymore... we asked how much do we owe you and they said nothing and said " have a great day "
This made us feel us so valued as a customer! I would recommend this store to anyone in the Tillamook County or Visitors passing through...
Very disappointed with napaonline.com. I've had orders just canceled with no email or contact from them at all. Sitting here waiting for the order and it never came. No response from support after contacting them about this issue. Would not recommend napaonline.com.
Researched a part online. Found a slight savings online. Ordered online for store pickup, was notified ready and picked up. Later looked at bank on line. Charge for part was there as expected but NAPA online added an extra $8.93 on line charge. Last time will NAPA.
I have bought other short lived batteries from them, but the last one will truly be the last one. I even bought their 'suggested' NAPA battery tender on the last one and the battery made it 9 months. A sealed battery with 5 dry cells dry and they tried to say I may have had it or stored it on its side. Friggin really. Horrible people skills and less than quality products in my humble opinion, and people that won't honor their own warranty..
I order 5 items that all had ready for pick up today at a local store not one of those was ready. When I contacted the help dept on their website I was told they could not help me I had to contact the local store.
I recently ordered oil that was on sale. I was sent a receipt and the asked me to pay in store. It was forecast to arrive the following tuesday which happened to be 31 March. I never received notification that my order had arrived. I went to the store today and the would not honor the sale price since the sale ended on the 31st. I am done with NAPA. Time will tell if they even survive with the current climate as it is.
Last year, we spent $230.00 on wheel bearings at the Napa store in Genoa, Oh. Little did we know that only after a year... ONE YEAR... we would need new ones. Napa sells the worst, most INFERIOR quality wheel bearings on the planet! To add insult to injury, they don't even stand behind the JUNK they trick their customers into buying... they told us that they're only guaranteed for a year. So now we have to buy brand new ones. We're now wishing we'd read the fine print before we put our hard earned money (and our trust) in this ENRON company. $230.00 a year? THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! A LEGAL SCAM! Stay away from NAPA!
Not happy I need to part asap and online I would get part in 3 days ordered on Thursday and on Saturday but nope I have to wait till Monday! Online lies! So I'm with out a car till then I won't order from Napa again!
I needed a hard to describe part for a battery. After an extensive web search I found it at Napaonline.com
However, the quantity being sold was some what vague. After receiving the item and only then learning how many where being sold. I wanted to write a review. No luck there. I wanted to update my account. Login credentials didn't work. Reset PW didn't work nor to creating a new acct.
I have used Napa and I have not have any problems at all. I was able to buy what I needed and get on. But I only visit the same one. I see all of the negative comments so it's possible that, that location has some issues. Find the right one for you.
Answer: A very legit company that has for decades treated me very well.
Answer: Fuel pump for classic roadrunner didn't last 50 miles. I suppose 'success' is lucky i didn't eat a $100 wrecker fee. It never started cold without primer until i replaced the new NAPA fuel pump with another new NAPA fuel pump. At least it starts easy now when cold. After doing job twice. The chevy truck has been yard art for two years, as i don't really have time to do every job repeatedly. The store has the used broken part they charger me $300plus for. This isn't a success story, it's a story of failure, no honor or honesty in store, and non-existent quality control.
Answer: I thought they were a reputable business but I was wrong they are crooks and don't honor their warranty's.
