Awesome quick checkout process, and good coupons too. As well awesome support system and I appreciate the videos. I do wish there were a few more updated videos regarding certain support issues like doing a URL masking/cloaking, URL Forwarding, Adding sub-domains in the backend.
Additionally, I do wish there was a direct link in our Namecheap.com account that would take us directly to the hosting account backend (the cpanel) area. That would be a time saver!
