I found that DNS setup is very very slow. It took me more than 20 hours to get my website.
Wanted to purchase domain name for several years but could not do this as domain name was on special price and in order to retain that price, domain name could only be ordered for 1 year. Selecting multiple years only allowed purchase for all years at full price, instead of 1st year at special price and remainder years at full price. Live chat confirmed this to be the case. Did not see this mentioned clearly anywhere on the site. Had it not been for this experience, then namecheap would have earned 5 stars in all areas.
