I have been a namecheap.com customer for many years, I don't have a problem with their product. What I had trouble with was renewing; the payment page would not accept credit card info the first two times (message of insufficient funds). Given the recent security issues at retailers, I didn't like having to enter my information multiple times.

I was unable to enter in my debit card info. It kept kicking me out causing me to have to enter all the info again. I never did get it to work and had to use PayPal. Pretty bad experience with the payment portion.

From my Dashboard, I clicked "Renew Now" on my domain. I got redirected to the Home Page, with no further instruction. I had to contact LiveChat to help me figure out I needed to click the Shopping Cart icon in the upper right -- you need to do a better job of guiding customers to the next steps.
I had to contact your support team by chat and it was very fast and efficient. Good job.
Couldn't use internet explorer to purchase. It never took me to the payment page. Gave java error. Needed to switch to foxfire to finish payment. Then it gave errors on payment...finally figured out I had to go into the profile I set 5 minutes prior and upload card before payment could be made. Nightmare...but fixed. Hope everything else on your site runs smoothly.

I don't think placing the shopper experience survey directly after the purchase is as effective as the follow-up message. By the time of the follow up, I had accessed the control panel and set things up easily. I was in a better position to give an accurate review of my experience. Thank you for the great service.
