My phone didn't support the coinbase qr scanner app so I was confused on what I needed to do. It would be nice if you had a little guide about sending the money. Like, "Copy and paste this address into the send money section of your wallet and send the amount you have selected."

You need to let someone know they need to enter the CAPTHCA letters. It didn't say it specifically and I couldn't read them. So when I continued it kicked all of my information out and I had to re-enter. Total PITA.

None of the ToS links worked (eu reg and the three below) so I couldn't actually read them. I couldn't change to my Greek address or to my different US address. Maybe just growing pains with your new look. I've always been happy with you as a registrar and look forward to trying out your hosting. I have been looking to move to cheaper hosting anyhow.
All of this was eventually sorted out by the customer service rep that I contacted using the online chat.
