You only have a problem: They do not use the third most spoken language in the world, the Spanish, and sometimes it is very difficult to contact you.
A little hiccup with the payment options; the form fields to enter my card details didn't show so I couldn't enter them, so I was confused when it asked me for Paypal details when I clicked proceed. Clicking back and then clicking the different options made the form appear.

Please make easier to modify the user account
The only way I was able to pay was by going to a separate page to "Add Funds" to the account and then pay from there. It took several tries, and talking to online support to make it happen. Miserable experience.
