Best Domain Registar!
I switched from GoDaddy and I am very glad I did. NameCheap has much better customer service, better prices and a more standard interface. I will be switching all my domains to NameCheap as time permits.
Received some emails that asked me to do things that I did not need to do. Confusing. Made me spend more time in support than I needed to. Transferring DNS email hosting could be a simpler process. Otherwise went well.

It was fine. I did try a few times to chat with a live person and no one was available. Other than that, pretty easy to use.

I've never had problems paying before. However, with this new system I spent an hour *trying* to pay yesterday. Today, it worked better yet it was touch and go for a bit. Okay, I'm on dialup, but still your prior method of payment worked better. Also, when I did the 'chat thing' yes, they tried to help. However, the follow up email was ridiculously stupid and answered nothing at all... it was just a plea to keep trying the same useless ways I tried before.
