The checkout procedure was well done and straight forward. I like the new website design and look forward to the complete integration of all parts of the site. The only thing that I could ask for is better documentation. I had to rely on personal blogs in order to figure out the different methods of updating my IP dynamically, specifically figuring out the update URL.
Overall though, I like all the available features included, like WhoisGuard. I'll definitely recommend to others.

I've loved name cheap - simple and cheap - since the first time I used it, and I've recommended it to everyone. The name is unfortunately not as respectable but the new website design lends more credence - nice work! Also I love the free/cheap WhoIs protection. Thank you for being SO MUCH BETTER than Go Daddy! :)
TransferMate didn't work, so I have to use live chat to contact Namecheap as I couldn't remove it myself. Once when I got in contact with person, he was very helpful and solved my issue by removing TransferMate.
If I will need to transfer some domains in the future, I will just don't use TransferMate.
