One of my favourite online shopping sites. The clothes are to size. Every time I order for last minute events they seem to pull through. Love Namastetics, highly recommend to anyone up for a banging look at a good price.
I ordered 2 leggings on 5 Sept waited till 24 Oct and still have not received them. When contracted them, they keep saying they are coming, not a word of apology. I cancelled the order, now have to check if can get full refund. such a terrible experience.
So first of all the fusion leggings are super good quality, they feel like they should cost twice as much as they do. The black fusions are totally 'squat proof' and incredibly comfortable soft fabric. The bottom half leg warmer material is incredibly comfortable and soft as well. I love these pants. I also have a pair of the pink fusions, I did get a size up for those thinking they might be a little more see through being lighter colored. I don't know what a small would have looked like, but the mediums are perfect and not even a tiny bit see through. Love these and have already ordered more.
On top of that, the customer service is incredible. I ordered myself a couple pairs only to find out the next day that my husband had bought me some as an early birthday gift. I reached out to Namastetics to see if I could cancel, and not only did they respond within 24 hours over the weekend, but they cancelled my order right away as well. Five stars for my new favorite company!
I was excited to order a cute pair of overalls after seeing them on an Instagram ad. However, when I received them the size wasn't quite right. I contacted namastetics & found out that they do not offer refunds. They offer store credit or a replacement. I shipped back my original order & saw via the tracking number that they had received it. A week later I finally contacted them regarding when I would receive my store credit.
Turns out they give you a coupon code that is worth the amount of the original purchase... The problem with this is that it is one time use only. So unless you buy something that is the same price you will lose money. I decided to just buy the same product in a different size so I could at least break even, but then they charged me for shipping (which was free on the original order). I learned my lesson... Never ordering from a company without checking the reviews again.
I'm a regular customer of namastetics and I find that their customer service is always excellent. I ordered some leggings the other day that turned out to be faulty and they were quick to replace them for me.
Their team always go above and beyond when trying to help you which is really nice considering so many other customer service teams give you every excuse under the sun and make everything seem your fault.

Ordered from this company a few times and have been super pleased with them every time. I get most of my yoga apparel from here now as I like supporting a smaller brand rather than big conglomerate yoga apparel companies.
Bought a one piece from this site last week, Quality is pretty good. Only washed it once, so far no fading. The material is thick and squat proof! Sizing was a little big, I would size down next time!
I orders genie pants and a one-piece on May 31. I received my merchandise on June 10. The quality is very poor, thin, weak material and sizing is inconsistent - size medium too big, XL too small. When I contacted Namastetics on June 11 to return the merchandise, I found out only merchandise credits were available and no refunds. Rather than lose money, I exchanged my merchandise for something else. They received my returned merchandise within a couple of days. Today is July 11 and I've yet to receive even email confirmation, order no. Or tracking no. For the new merchandise. Each time I reach out, I'm told the merchandise will be "shipped today." Namastetics is ripping off patrons and has no desire to provide quality products or care. Buyer be very wary. This is not a professional, reputable business.

Bought a couple of bras and tops from namastetics. True to size. Quality is good, but not overly impressive. Definitely good for the money though, good alternative to lulu if you're looking for less expensive workout gear!
I got my leggings and they looked cute but they just didn't fit right. I emailed them 3-4 times to ask about returning them for a refund. There is nothing online about how to do it and there is no phone number. They finally wrote me back with a UPS label and said my only options were store credit or exchange. No refunds. On top of that, they deleted both of my comments on Instagram saying that I have been emailing and no one is getting back to me. Buyers beware. They are awful.
Was really looking forward for my products to arrive. Went to pick them up from the post office and was surprised when I had to pay $13 before I could receive my products, although the website stated at check out that shipping was free with the amount I spent.
Although the name says "Nama Toronto", be advised that all prices are in USD and that products ship from the US. If you are buying from within Canada, BE AWARE that you will be paying MORE than the prices that are listed and will likely have to pay additional shipping fees when receiving your parcels.
The quality of the clothes are decent and there are some cute and unique styles on the website - however just be aware that you will be paying more if you are ordering to Canada, and I don't think the price I ended up paying was worth it for me :(
Customer service was helpful, however I will not personally be shopping there again.
Sadly, i suspect that the raving reviews here are phony... possibly written by the company to offset the real ones, which are negative. Horrible quality, horrible customer service. Total waste of money scam. Don't do it!
The material is thin and will not last long. It came with some discoloration on on of the legs so I reached it to customer service to ask to return them. They said they'd send me new ones but I needed to send pictures. I said I would, but I'd rather just return them and asked if that was an option. I've reached out several times and received no response. Don't waste your money.
Ordered a pair of pants that ended up being a little big. I emailed in to the customer support email on the site, they got back to me in just over a day. Id say compared to other online brands, it was a much smoother process to exchange an item.
Originally found this company on Instagram, I'm usually a little sceptical of these online pop-up stores, but the leg warmer leggings were so cute! I ordered the Light pink ones and the material was great. Was delivered in under a week. I ordered two other pairs in other colors since and love them!
Because of the cheaper price, I was expecting these to be of lesser quality than my $100+ leg warmer legging, but I actually like these a lot more than its more expensive comparative. It is a truer medium and sits higher on my wait. It doesn't slide down and though it is ever so slightly see-through, I think it's because it's such a light fabric. I'll probably be ordering these in another color soon.
I ordered leggings in December. It is now February and I havent received them! I sent multiple emails but have not received a response! I noticed they dont even allow comments on their Instagram. They probably dont want people to see all the complaints! I want my money back.
I was really excited for this. I had seen the ads on fb and ig dozens of times and clearly should not have fallen for it. I ordered a bra and leggings. Size guide for bras says XL is for D-DD so I ordered that one. It is so tight and I am popping out of it. Products are clearly not intended for anyone bigger than a B cup. The leggings I ordered were obviously intended for someone who is 6' tall, there is so much extra length it just looks ridiculous. The material is comfy, not sure how long it will last though as I haven't even tried working out in it yet. If you are not shaped like a model, I would suggest getting workout clothes elsewhere.
I love supporting brands from my hometown in Canada. Thankfully, Namastetics did not disappoint my overly high expectations! :) Great products and fabulous customer service. I will most definitely be supporting my fellow northerners :): )
