Like so ridiculous I have sent them 5 emails... and they have not gotten back to me. They only sent me 1 of the 2 items and it was damaged. Like I am NOT impressed! I want my money back and my order cancelled. How do I report them and give me my money back!
I just received my Cyber Monday order of the new jete joggers. They're amazing! They're a little longer than the wander pants which is the only issue I had with my original purchase of the wander. But these pants are so flattering and comfortable. I wore them with a cute sweater to run errands lol. I love them!
Whenever I have an issue ordering with Namastetics they always rectify the problem. There was a bit of a glitch when I placed an order today so I emailed CS and Erika replied almost instantly and fixed the issue for me! Very pleased with the service and I love their clothing.

They sent the WRONG ITEM not the wrong size, which makes it impossible to return. Spent WEEKS waiting for emails back just for them to tell me they can't fulfill my original order. Absolute robbery. Will never be ordering from them again and recommend you do the same.
I was very excited about their leggings. I ordered two pairs and two sweaters, one for me and one for my sister. I order on Dec. 9th, and paid for rush shipping to ensure it would be received before Christmas. Its now the middle of February, and I have yet to receive my order. I've asked for them to cancel and refund my money to no avail. I obviously cannot speak to the quality - to say the least, disappointed and upset that I have to waste my time trying to call and email them for a refund.
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered in Nov. It's now 3 mo later in Feb and I never received 2 of the 3 items I ordered. The customer service is incredibly awful. They are refusing to process a refund, or even "resend" the items to me.
I have written 6 emails; asking for information on my order status, seeking info about returning a product because it didn't even arrive within the 30 day return window, only received 1 out of 3 of my items, got hit with an email saying 2 items were damaged so to expect another 20 DAYS in processing - all the while not receiving any responses to my initial emails. I have filed a dispute with my bank for the entire transaction. So deeply unfortunate that a YOGA company is in reality shady as HECK. Don't order from them - I promise you'll regret it! Also, as someone else stated - it's sketchy beyond a doubt that all the positive reviews on this site were written the SAME DAY - hey Namastetics, why not take some of the energy you used to build your janky website & create fake profiles to review yourself - and respond to the serious claims against your company! :D
Its been literally more than a month i have placed an order. After that i got confirmation email with order number.
They haven't even shippied it And no updates after that.
I know its covid time but it cant take more thn a month to ship the order. I don't recommend ordering from them.
If you check their facebook page they have disabled commenting option...
I was so excited about the T-shirt that I ordered, but I accidentally ordered a medium instead of a large T-shirt. I sent a message to Customerservice asking them to change the size. They replied to my message 25 days later, saying that the shirt was custom-made to my order and that it had already been shipped. I spent $25 on a shirt that I can't even wear and can't even return it because of their return policy!
This is literally my new favorite place to shop! They always have a promo code availble, the price is WAY better than lulu (like HALF THE PRICE), shipping is so fast (under a week) and the customer service is so nice and helpful! They send shipping labels for returns and store credit never expires. They are so helpful when suggesting sizing. In love <3

I love their essentials line! I've only worn them about 3 times now but so far so good. I have pretty noticeable cellulite on my back legs and you would never know with these.
I recently bought 2 pairs of leggings from this site. Both came within 1 week. Very happy with the quality! I'm normally a size 2, got XS and they fit perfectly.
Instantly the Fusion Leggings are my go to. Comfy and the fit is flattering, lighter colours do show through with dark underwear, but overall love this product.

Got my order the next day! I live in Irvine, California so their warehouse must be close by. Also quality is pretty good, they were a little long, but I'm 5'1 so just got them hemmed!

I waited weeks to receive my order then received the wrong size. Ordered on Nov. 24. Today is Jan 7 and I am still waiting for my correct order. These people should be ashamed of themselves.
