I recived a case of 10 wines from a promo; recieved, 6 reds and 4 whites. Honestly, not one them was drinkable,. The white wines tasted 'green' and the reds I could not drink at all. These are cheap wines, that no one should drink. I ended up throwing most of them away. Not sure how they keep in business?

I was excited to become an angel and receive my first package... still waiting on that package... First attempt: Damage returned to sender; 2nd attempt: Damage return to sender; 3rd attempt: Damage returned to sender...
I have ordered wine before from a different place and never had this problem. Maybe 4th attempt will be it... maybe I will just asked for my money back at this point.

Bunch of crooks. They never stand by their advertisement of refund if you don't like their wine. Wine is on average is C+, C- unless you order a bottle for 30-40$( which they claim is already deeply discounted for Angels only), which is not the case. The whole organisation is a sort of religious cult. They scratch each other's backs, praise each other without any substance and peddle mediocre wine. You'll do better if you buy 8-9$ wine in Harris Teeter or Wegmans. Last case was damaged and messed up but they did not bother to provide a proper refund. Stay away if you could and don't pay them a monthly contribution. Whatever was taken from your account you would never get back.The only thing they really care about is the profit margin, as a result you get mediocre crap. Never seen such a mean and rude customer service in my life. The worst of them is manager Bobby, was already drunk at 2 pm Pacific time on December 31 2022.

Wanted to give this company a try and never got the package. Not sure if it was never shipped or got lost but other than the tracking#, there's no additional information they can provide. Reading through reviews, this seems to be a common issue so I think it's just the way they handle orders.

I think this is a great program! I tell everyone I know about it. I usually have to because everyone wants a bottle of what Ive shared! Yes there is a monthly fee but you can use it, bank it OR HAVE IT BACK at any time. And if you don't like a wine that youve received you just email them and they refund you. And I have never had any issues with delivery, never even heard of yodel? Mine arrive via UPS. You have to be home to sign though, or pick it up at UPS facility. And my orders usually arrive within 3 days. If you like wine, it is kind of a no brainer.

These wines are absolutely disgusting and undrinkable. Of the 12 bottles I got, maybe 3 are drinkable (still nasty though). I selected sweet wines but for some reason they sent ALL dry wines. Huge waste of money and we've dumped almost every bottle down the drain. Idk who the hell made any of those wines and though "yup! This is the wine! Bottle that $#*! up and sell it!"

I get a heap of vouchers through other companies that I order from. Whenever I try to use the voucher codes, I can't, as I have purchased from them before. What a rort!

The first box was good. But we accumulated some money and got a big box which had 16 bottles of wines and not a single one was good. We literally had to throw away half of them. Never going to try that again.

Don't order they send in their words " cooked" wine it smells bad taste even worse. Go to the local liquor store... that's what they told me to do after I complained about the case of awful vinegar they sent to Mr.

I placed a large order and regretted it immediately. The company does not perform according to promised times. I need assistance with receiving packages this heavy. I received false email after false email noting timeframe of arrival. I had to hire people each day to help and shipment never came. Ultimately I was told that this product was never intended for someone with a disability that would need lifting assistance. I was shocked that a company could knowingly discriminate against people with disabilities. Shocking and unacceptable.

Never ever ever ever order from these con artists. No matter what free voucher you were given, this site is meant to sign you up for a membership service that charges you monthly to basically hold onto your money until you're ready to order from them again. They barely give you any notice on the site that they are signing you up for this program. Super shady, and the wine sucks anyways. 0/10 stay away

I have been an angel for over a year now and my experience has been nothing but amazing. I have tried more wines than I care to admit and have enjoyed so many of them. When you leave a review the winemakers respond, even if you don't care for their wines. And if you give a bad rating, Naked Wines will refund the cost of that bottle. I have been opened up to a whole new world of different grapes/flavors/experiences because of this company. Customer service is fantastic and so responsive. Pricing is great and you will find a price point that fits your budget - guaranteed! I am sorry people have had less than satisfactory experiences - I can't imagine why!

After several successful orders and deliveries to a local address, Naked Wines, on its own, decided to send my order to an address I had never used for any previous order. I noticed the shipping address change when my order was confirmed and notified them via the online chat feature immediately. The next business day I received an email they would "try" to notify the shipping department of the change of shipping address. Today when I checked on my order I was told my wine had been delivered to the original, incorrect, shipping address. I have received no additional notice or communication from Naked Wines about the order and have no idea where the dozen bottles of wine went or who signed for them upon delivery. WORST customer service. I've canceled my account with Naked Wines.

Can anyone ever just deliver a good quality product without having to resort to legal thievery? I used $100 voucher and had no problem with it and found the lines to be just okay but for 12 bucks a bottle I was okay with it. Nowhere did I ever check any boxes to join their angel program that I just found out about from Reading other reviews on this site. Connecting a credit card audit today I found they charge me $140 for nothing. No wines nothing just a ghost charge that I didn't agree to. I will be disputing this.

It's too bad too because they could be a good upstanding company but instead they have to do the scam tactics.

After not reciving my shipment, I found out my shipment attempt was going to someone else's address.
I called and asked for a refund. I did d revive a refund but the person at naked wine was abrupt and rude. Truly not the hassle free they claimed. Won't use again

We just received a $100 voucher from our daughter as part of a Mother's Day gift (not a gift card as I learned later). We discovered that on back of the voucher it says the $100 is a discount on a minimum purchase $160.00. We did not read this until after we made the purchase. As it turned out, what we thought was a "gift card" was not. We ended up paying $117.00 for the "over $200 order because we did not understand how this program worked. What a "ripoff". Don't use the voucher you receive, you'll end up spending money on wine that is not that great!

Bait and switch I ordered 12 bottles of white wine that was advertised for $69.99. I received my shipment today and there was only six bottles in the box. I called customer service and the woman that I spoke with was anything but helpful. Shame on you Naked Wines. I canceled my membership today Friday, May 20,2022. Good riddance.
