A massive thank you to Anna in customer services. I found my perfect bridesmaid dresses online, luckily after much searching I found Naked dresses stocked it and Anna was absolutely instrumental in ensuring the colours, sizes, exchanges, all my questions etc were sorted. All 4 dresses are perfect and The whole process of shipping them from another country was smooth. Anna was patient with me and made the process as easy as possible with sorting it all online and through a pandemic. Anna is A credit to her team and firm and I will highly recommend her and Naked dresses to anyone. X
Anna at The Naked Dresses store has been so helpful with helping me exchange a Portia & Scarlettt gown for my daughters prom. She has been in constant correspondence with me through e-mail. I bought a dress from Naked Dresses for my 30th birthday party, and it's absolutely beautiful! Wasn't sure what to expect colour wise, but it's a really pretty lilac colour, extremely sparkly and the detailing/beading on the flowers is stunning. Had to pay a shipping fee (I'm in the UK) but was worth every penny and had regular updates throughout the shopping process. Really excited to wear it for my event (when it eventually happens!)

I bought a lovely prom dress for my daughter from naked dresses - she is delighted with it. The customer service was excellent. We initially ordered a size 2 which was too small and were given good sizing advice to try the 6 as the dresses come up quite small. It took quite a long time for the 6 to come into stock but we were advised of this when we ordered it. I would like to give a special mention to Anna from customer services who was very helpful at all times.
It really does make a change when you get excellent service ordering something online. I can only commend this company. They manage to give a service that is efficient and helpful as well as managing to convey a brand personality that is friendly and honest. Brilliant!

We found the exact same dress on Naked Dresses for £200 cheaper. Initially nervous about ordering 2 sizes of the dress to be delivered, Anna immediately put us at ease by her continual communications about our order status, and how she could help us. Ordered a dress for my friends wedding and had been recommended Naked Dresses by a colleague. I fell in love with the Nookie range. Chose a couple of different styles and ordered 2 different sizes just to make sure one fitted and was so pleased with the service! I placed an order and was charged as soon as I placed the order (normal). I haven't received a shipping confirmation or any correspondence from the company after 2 emails. There is no customer service phone number, no Facebook account, no way to contact! Do your research before ordering, as I'm out $250 and without a dress. Terrible customer service and they clearly do not abide by their 3-4 day shipping.
I needed a knock out dress for a big night out and I ordered a dress from Naked Dress as for long time now I have loved the look of their dresses and really wanted one.
The site claimed that the dresses were ordered in specifically for that person/order but that delivery would take 3-5 days but after 2 weeks I was still waiting with no sign of my dress and nothing from the company to tell me what the delay was.
After chasing them, I was told that the stockist was closed for August and the best thing to do was to choose a dress that had "Next Day Delivery" beside it i. E one that was already in stock as it had presumably been returned by someone else. I didn't see any harm in doing this but it proved to be a BIG MISTAKE!
The dress I ordered didn't fit me and now they are refusing to honour their return policy as the are claiming that it is stained yet they are completely choosing to overlook that I am not the first person to have had this dress sent out to them. Incidentally, I had this dress on for 5 minutes in the comfort of my home and I did not see one single stain on it, they just don't want to honour their policy as they are having trouble selling this particular dress.
Avoid unless you are happy to potentially be stuck with an expensive mistake.
