I ordered a £600 dress, it did not fit so was packaged up immediately and returned to the company, I heard nothing back about my refund, so I contacted them and they replied to say they have received the item back and will process my refund in 5 days. The next email I received was to say the dress had bugs on it so they were not going to refund my money. They sent a photo with 1 bug on the dress, which believe they either planted this or maybe it happened in transit but I do not have any bugs in my bedroom. Having to open a claim with my bank, absolute scammers. Do not trust.

I am deeply disappointed with the overall experience I had with this brand. The dress I purchased for my sister's wedding turned out to be a complete disaster, and the customer service only added to my frustration.

Despite having worn the dress for the first time on the wedding day, it unexpectedly split open at the side, revealing a manufacturing fault that the company refuses to acknowledge. The fact that a dress, priced at £400, couldn't withstand an hour of wear due to poor quality is unacceptable.

To add insult to injury, the brand's response was unsatisfactory. Not only did they refuse a full refund, but they also neglected to offer any repair for the damaged dress. The proposed 20% refund option was a mere token gesture considering the magnitude of the inconvenience caused.

Furthermore, the insistence on them sending the dress back to me (after I already returned it to therm) without any attempt to offer a refund or at least cover repair costs is ridiculous. The brand's lack of accountability and failure to provide a satisfactory resolution has left me frustrated and disheartened.

The brand's poor quality and inadequate customer service have marred what should have been a joyous occasion. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before making a purchase, as the aftermath of a faulty product is an ordeal I wouldn't wish upon anyone.

I would not recommend taking your chances on ordering from this brand.

I sent the return to Naked Dresses within the return window, they emailed me at the time and tried to get me to swap the dress as I said it was poor quality for the money, but I had already bought another dress from another store, so I requested a full financial refund. Naked Dresses then agreed to send a refund.

A few days later, they emailed me to say they believed the dress had been washed and they sent the item back to me and refused a refund. This dress when returned and still now, has all tags on and is in the bag packaging it was sent to me in. This dress was never washed, you cannot wash a dress when it has tags on and the tags are perfect, still attached as when it was delivered.
I didn't even try this dress on, it came, and I took one look at the quality and returned it.

I have not washed the dress and I expect a full refund. They are con-artist, trying to make money out of poor-quality clothing at expensive pricing and then when you return, they say something ridiculous, like 'it's been washed'. They have no legal proof that it has been washed because it 100% categorically hasn't been washed!

The dress quality is so poor that I wouldn't have ever worn a dress like this and so it hasn't been washed.

I am happy to send the dress to an independent investigation to prove it hasn't been washed, because it hasn't even been tried on, let alone washed.

Naked Dresses take ownership that you were factually incorrect and have caused me emotional distress by refusing my return.

Refund still not received

I bought a dress for 48 hours delivery, a week pass I didn't received dress when I contact them they said there's a delay, i was forced into exchanging ordering another dress which came but I didn't t like so I return am still waiting my refund it's almost 3 weeks. They have no communication with me only time they interested to communicate is to sell or exchange, they are not interested what so ever if you want to refund. I would stay clear unless you have am event a year away and don't mind your money being help for long time

Naked dress contact me to say delete the review or I can't shop with them again still no refund. Apparently it's about to be processed. I will not delete because they do take ages to refund and they took my money giving me a delivery date they couldn't adhere to.

No contact number, no reply on email, no refund

BE AWARE!
I ordered a dress which was delivered promptly which was great; it was too small so I returned it straight away; got confirmation they had received it but there was not a size up in stock. This dress was £359. I was aware refunds can take up to 21 days as it states on their site so I ordered a second dress…. I got an email stating this was not in stock at all.
Their email communication service is very poor and no phone to call, so very frustrating.
The minute I asked for a refund as no other dresses that were available were suitable they ceased to reply at all, leaving me without a dress and with £798 of mine.
I let them know this was my budget and dress for my wedding which is in 2 weeks and yet showed no consideration or empathy at all. The replies just stopped the minute "refund" was a topic.

Ordered 2 dresses at beginning of April, late May the dresses still not arrived. Naked dresses have informed me they won't arrive for another 12 weeks, which means after being informed delivery will be 12 weeks, I am actually waiting 24 weeks. Their customer service is completely awful, they promise all sorts but don't deliver, and when you question this they avoid answering your concerns...

Exceptional Service

The customer service in Naked Dress is beyond expectations.
I've purchased a lovely dress for my daughter Prom. Great shape cut and good quality materials. Unfortunately, we had to return it due to The events changes. We wish we could keep the dress for another occasion but no prospect at the moment due to The pandemic.

Anna from the customer care team assisted me with tracking my delivery, guide me through the refund process (I've received my refund in 2 days) and return process via Post Office.

I recently bought a dress for my daughter's prom and I don't think I've had such amazing customer service. Firstly Anna in customer services emailed to check sizing and when the dress arrived with a small flaw I was sent another one straight away. Returns service was quick and easy - I wish other retailers worked like that!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered two dresses from nakked dresses and had contact with Anna throughout the process. One dress despite being initially told it would arrive on time then had to be cancelled as it was not going to arrive until a month too late. Then the other dress that I ordered did not fit. I only wore this dress once to try it on then was put immediately back in the packaging. On returning the dress I received a message 10 days later that my return would not be accepted due to excessive carpet fibre and hair on the dress despite the fact that there was only one strand in the picture that they sent that I could find and the dress was kept in a warehouse whilst being returned and thus had no evidence that the dust was from my home. Despite the fact that I pointed out that that this they then refused to acknowledge that they were being completely unreasonable and now I am having to go through Trade Disputes in order to get the issue sorted.

Also, despite the company being advertised as a UK retailer the dress came from China and on the shipping information showed that it actually only cost the company £50 rather than the £262 sale price (520% mark up).

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS AND BUY FROM THE ACTUAL DRESS RETAILERS.

The Dress was absolutely gorgeous but unfortunately the color didn't work for my daughter so we requested a return. They responded very quickly and were VERY helpful. I definitely recommend Naked Dresses! I will DEF use again!

Beautiful Dress!

I was on the hunt for a specific Nookie dress since I ordered on the actual site but it was backordered until June! Thank god I found this site, but I was a bit apprehensive since there weren't too many reviews. Some reviews called it a scam site (!), the contact information on the site did not include a phone number (!), and the Nookie dress they carried was a bit cheaper than the actual website's (!). I was wary since I've looked through all the boutiques/Saks/Nordstrom and they all claimed to be backordered until June (since they receive shipment from the actual site). I decided to take a chance since I really liked the dress and received it in one piece last week! I am knocking off 1 star since they claimed 2-3 international express shipping & 1-3 processing when the actual dress was processed for about 10 days. I bought another dress last minute for my birthday but this dress ended up arriving the day of my birthday. I would just suggest you to read the description for each dress since it seems that they have different processing/shipping times for EACH. But all in all, I am super satisfied with my purchase! I cannot comment on their return policy but I would recommend really checking the sizing since international returns are usually expensive (and return postage usually not covered).

Bought a pair of black trousers from here. Nowhere in the process did it indicate the brand the trousers were (Lexi) and that it was coming directly from Lexi from Australia. Got a text advising me I needed to pay duties. Got in touch with Naked who said that was a mistake and that the T&Cs advise some brands including Lexi come from OS taking longer etc. Well there was no info on the site as to which brand I'd bought? Package arrived eventually- late of course - I believed I was buying from UK and getting a 2-day service. Trousers don't suit but no returns info with them as they don't actually come from Naked Dresses themselves. Went to their website. Very complex returns process and refers to ‘form in bag' AND that if shipped from OS need to pay £35 to return to them. Since I didn't know they were coming from overseas - that is not acceptable. Trying to contact HQ now but no phone number. Very odd business... My advice would be to read & understand their T&Cs or avoid altogether. They clearly don't hold much/any stock in the UK so don't expect to get your order in the promised ‘usual time of 2 days'... and expect to pay big for returns or have to faff about to get the return info. PS I noticed the same review has been posted twice. Obviously to up their star rating which is very very dishonest. (Screenshot below of both reviews posted on different dates...)

When I made a complaint, I was advised that the courier had delivered it and they had sufficient proof of this from my "signature" and they had fulfilled their duties. The company is failing to take my complaint seriously and am now out of pocket and without a dress. Utter disappointment!

I recently purchased a gown from Naked Dresses for my school formal. As the event was approaching, I was slightly concerned about ordering a dress from overseas, that I hadn't tried on and I didn't know if it would arrive on time. I emailed the Customer Care team, and was in contact with Anna within just a few hours. As I am Australian, she assisted me in choosing an appropriate dress size and answered all my questions about the designer, authenticity checks, delivery etc. I ordered the dress and was able to track its location using a link. Within a week... it had arrived! It was beautifully packaged and fit me perfectly. I am so thankful to Anna and the Naked Dresses team for their cooperation and communication which made this process so smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Naked Dresses!
