Right now it's a SCAM, paid and did not receive merchandise.

It's certainly a very strange company. They lack transparency about the fact that deliveries are coming from overseas.

Naked Dresses is an authentic company. I also had concerns ordering off an overseas website, however their team openly answered my questions. The designer of my gown also confirmed they are a legitimate retailer.
