HORRIBLE!

Whoever repacked our box just threw everything in together - no attempt at saving any of the fragile items - in some huge box that was already falling apart. They also threw in some garbage - empty folded up boxes and plastic trash that wasn't even part of our shipment so they could make the box heavier and charge us more. My expensive large clock - RUINED. Glass shattered everywhere. Several of my picture frames - GLASS SHATTERED. The same thing happened to our shipment in November but I let it go thinking it was a fluke. Soft, fragile items, CRUSHED! We will never use this company again.

Lost or theft 3 flash memory. The shipment arrived by dhl. Did not open from the customs or anyone else.
Problem is not resolved.
The Excuse: it does not have a insurance!
The problem is not related to insurance!
Because the pieces not shipped mainly.
After publication of the problem on Twitter and Facebook.!
Has been searching for a solution and compensation.

We highly recommend that you always purchase insurance so a claim can be processed with the courier in the rare event of loss or damage to your shipments. Insurance is free for the first $100 and only $2.00 per $100 in value thereafter. I see a one time courtesy credit has been extended to you to compensate you for your loss.
