A few days ago i had some problem with CCV, that was really big problem i try to contact myus agent for 5 times unfortunatly that was very difficult to find a solution for my problem. But today i tried again to contact myus agent and i was supporting by Jessica and she finaly resolved my CCV situation, the all that I can say is thank you Jessica for you pation to suporting in this, you really did a greatter job thanks jessica. That is really a good job, if you have some problem like mine do not be in pannic contact myus agent they have a solution for every thing.
Initially i wanted to close my account with you guys, but after chatting with one of your agent KELLY, i changed my mind. Instead of closing the account i just switched to another membership option.

Court listened to me, and understood my situation and confusion- with all the extra charges for something i didn't even know i was accruing at all--at first- he/she did not understand my frustration--- all for a free gift worth nothing bc of a magazine subscription. I told him/her I thought being charged 77.00 for a free gift which i thought was a magazine and i explained all those were instructed to throw out. Anyway i figured I was going to change the company bc the charge was crazy and no one let me know it was accruing! He/she actually credited my charges after listening to why I felt I shouldn't pay it, and why i wasn't just trying to get out of a charge--- I am happy to pay for services and things I know about but I was really happy that he/she did that for me during such a stressful time I just didn't have the patience to deal with it-- and I was really pleased with the service. That's why i stick with companies and products-- just listen to me-- i don't want a free ride-- just fair. I feel I got it.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
