Before I have to pay for shipping cost USD 35 for a single package (0.2lb) to be sent to my address in Indonesia. But I found better (or best) way to collect my packages from some sellers to MyUS warehouse, then I send it all after all is completed. MyUS zipped the packages into one and I just need to pay USD 35 for the zipped 5 single packages (1 lb). It's amazing I can save much the shipping cost.

I live in Australia and having a re-mailer that provides such a professional service gives me faith that my orders from the US will be seamless. I wouldn't recommend this unless you have no alternative. The support team aren't responding fast. Also items wont be available in dashboard as soon as you'd expect. There will be extra weight on many items, which means extra cost. They can reweight items (at extra cost also). They open EVERYTHING. Beside what mentioned above. It's a somewhat fair service.
I am awaiting my third consignment and i am recommending MyUs to everyone who wants an address is US for shipping purposes.

I had a great experience with myus.com. I ordered Expensive items from Ralph Lauren which all arrived at myus.com within a three days and then had them shipped to Saudi Arabia. I requested shipment on WED 30 November and received my package SAT 3 December. Shipping costs were high I had a positive experience and will be using myus.com again and recommending to friends.
They're fast and organised company, i like the consolidation and the 30 days package storage features and the smooth way in showing my packages and everything on the site.
I've never had any problem with them and the customer support are fantastic and shipping is very fast and honest to deal with them
The premium members subscription costs 20/monthly or 60/yearly and comes with the mentioned features i talked about besides shipping discounts up to 30%, if you don't want it, there's still a basic subscription for free.
I don't think i will change this shipping company anytime soon.
I signed up and tried to register my CC and there was a problem. Wrote to them and tried calling their phone... no-one there all day, just kept me on hold for 5 minutes and then the call is forwarded to a message bank.
Even tried the live chat... after 25 mins still nobody is answering. I was considering using this company, but have serious doubts.
It took a complaint through this site to get an eventual reply via support email... didn't bother replying because I decided to use another company with responsive customer service.
I trusted myUs after checking that they are the first in things related shipping. They have good customer care. They are not expensive like others, when your package is 4kgs its 4kgs they don't calculate many things which make you pay much money. I deeply loved their Rates
They compare themselves with other that they dont count dimensions.
In reality they use it.

Answer: Micaela, it all depends on the rules in Peru. I'm a MyUS customer and one of the reasons I like their service is because they give me a discount on the shipping cost, each time. There's an option in your shipping settings where you can select 'label as gift', usually customs aren't charged on gift items. Maybe you should try that once. Works for me all the time.
