Worst. Service. Ever!

Avoid at all costs. You may save some money but if anything comes up you'll be sorry.
The purchasing process was simple enough. Our airline changed the flight times and they sent an email saying if the new accommodated times don't work to contact them to rearrange or get a refund.
The new times didn't work and so I contacted the airline however they informed me that they couldn't alter tickets booked through a third party site, but to contact the agency directly and that they would be able to rearrange the times.

I called mytrip and was on hold for hours! When I finally spoke to someone they said they couldn't change the ticket to contact the airline directly. I told him I had just spoke with the airline and they informed me of their policy and to contact you. He just once again repeated I need to call the airline and hung up on me.

They must be reading from a script. There's never any managers. They even had the audacity to tell me I had contacted the wrong department to hang up call back and select a different menu option.
This is 100% a scam.

Total scam - Stay Away

This is a total scam managed by people in India who do not even speak English. It is almost impossible to understand the people who answer the phone.
I bought two tickets and paid over $113 for the flexible ticket option. I had a terrible accident the day before (with proof) and I called them 24 hours in advance to try to reschedule or cancel my flight and get a refund. I called several times and always spoke to people who were very difficult to understand. I asked to escalate the problem to a manager, and they said that there wasn't one (several calls with different people). I even sent them an email. They all told me that there was nothing they could do, and that I had to call the airline company, which I did. The airline told me that what they were saying was not true, but since I bought the ticket with this company, there was also nothing the airline could do to reschedule the flight—but that if I cancelled, I would get at least the airport fees back which is about 10% of the price of the ticket. As of today I've not received any refund and have not been able to reschedule the flight. I lost all the money that I spent. Stay away from this company.

Decieving presentation of information

I have already spoken with a representative of yours regarding this issue and he will be relaying the criticism to a supervisor, but I believe it is important I share this from my view as a customer.
The way your website presents information regarding baggage fees is misleading. For example, I originally intended to book a flight which had multiple legs, and when I opted to add check in baggage, which increased the price, the checkout section did not mention that the extra baggage cost I am paying through your website is only for the second leg of the flight with the second airline. It should have noted something along the lines of "please note that this baggage fee is only for (blank) airline and it does not cover checked baggage for (blank) airline. You will have to add baggage through their website separately after you book with us." By not making such a statement, you are making customers believe that their baggage purchase applies to both airlines. The representative I spoke to on the phone made the suggestion to book both legs of the flight separately, which I appreciate. However, I would highly suggest you make this improvement on your site as it will leave customers feeling that they can trust your information and will encourage them to book through you again. When they book snd later find out that the baggage fee they paid only included one airline, they will be unhappy to say the least, and will likely not book through your company again in the future.I make this suggestion not just as a customer, but to help keep your company sustainable and ensure customers do not feel mislead or decieved.

THEY ARE THE WORST!

I am trying to contact customer care for more than 2 weeks, calling them each day and waiting for more than an hour multiple times. NO ONE PICKED UP! I emailed them 3 times, no reply at all. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Customer taken hostage / consumer rights violated
September 13, 2023

We booked return tickets to Brazil (family with 2 young children). On arrival in Brazil (28.08.23) we received an email informing us that our return flight/route had changed. Instead of flying via Frankfurt to our final destination, the new route is via Lisbon. On arrival at the airport (11.09.23) the airline found that we had been registered on both routes, i.e. Frankfurt and Lisbon (booking error). The airline (LATAM/LUFTHANSA) refused our boarding because of this situation and asked us to contact Mytrip so that they could correct their error. We've been stuck in Brazil for 3 days without any help or assistance whatsoever, and have spent the last few days contacting Mytrip, which always asks the same questions (call centre in India) and asks us to make the changes ourselves with the companies. (which is not correct and is not the consumer's responsibility) We contacted the companies who cannot change the tickets because Mytrip is the contractor! We telephoned the call centre several times and after 3 days they offered to change the flights for a fee of 3,000 euros! (costs for 3 new tickets plus taxes) to correct an error they made themselves! Absurd statement, given that the error originated with Mytrip. The company Mytrip is using the distress and desperation of consumers to fraudulently extort money from them to carry out basic procedures which are fundamental consumer rights and which are free of charge. We have hired a lawyer and have requested an emergency procedure before a court in Brazil in order to force the companie concerned to assume their legal responsibilities.

Further to my previous review in which I shared with you that MyTrip had failed to cancel my flights on time when given two weeks notice and then failed to refund me, I am delighted to tell you that I have obtained a UK County Court order against MyTrip UK to pay the full fare and costs back to me. MyTrip Customer services have actually refunded about 28% of the debt that they have been ordered to pay and are still making silly excuses backed by inaccurate arithmetic. I am now leaving it to the Court to enforce the order.

All tourism sector due to the covid 19 is refunding the passagers. The airline all niponic airlines are doing the same but I buy to mytrip and they Don t want refund. No citizens wants to travel to spread or. Catch the diesase mytrip doesn't refund or care. They say call the airline and asl the refund. My God

Overall had a great experience placing an order for my trip.
However, the price changed quite a bit right when placing the order.
This is very disturbing as the price increased by more than US$200!

Due to COVID the flight I booked got canceled.

MYTRIP.COM & E. TRAVELI GROUP offer strictly no solution to their custumers.

They just keep the money and treat you as a fool with automatic e-mails.

They took away from me more than 800 euros.

Do not ever contract with them.

THIS IS AN INDIAN WEBSITE AND NEVER BUY ANY TICKETS USING CHEAP INDIAN WEBSITES. MOST OF THE INDIAN WEBSITES FOR ANY PURPOSE HAS BIG RED TAPE, EVEN AFTER 500 YEARS THIS INDIAN MENTALITY WON'T CHANGE. We were stuck in Paris due to a missed connection as a result of a delayed flight. I search online to find a new flight for that day, for some reason when I did the final booking it booked it for exactly on month later! I immediately recognized the error, but there is NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM, NO WAY TO CANCEL THE BOOKING, NOTHING I COULD DO! I ended up having to go to easy jet and purchasing a ticket at the ticket counter to get to our destination. And there is still no way to contact anyone to discuss this problem. MY ADVICE, DO NOT EVER, EVER, EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

We had missed an outbound flight booked with Mytrip.com and immediately called them to inform them of this unfortunate event. We also informed them that we booked another flight on the same date to our destination (Jordan).

We acknowledge the mistake we made and notified the airlines and the agency of our circumstances instantly so that they could modify the tickets quickly, as advised. However, after calling the agency over 30 times for several hours we came to the following conclusion. The employees of this company purposefully delay and tell you that they will send you an E-mail which never comes.

If you have ANY issue WHATSOEVER this company will delay the solution or their responsibility until the very last moment, in fact it wasn't until 10 hours before our initial return flight that this agency told us that the tickets were not valid anymore. This despite spending half an hour a day for a week prior.

They will consistently tell you that the onus is on the airline to change our ticket status. However the agency will not send ANY information to the airline to provoke a change, we confirmed this with another agency and the airlines.

The tickets were later re-sold despite us still owning the E-tickets, a practice which is a legal grey-zone. We asked over 40 times for an E-mail to tell us about the status of our flights and how things are progressing with the airline, however we had not received any e-mails at all.

We do not advise to use this agency under any circumstances at all, if anything goes wrong, you will be stranded with phone bills, uncertainties and no definitive answers... Ever.

Literally the worse travel company. I don't know why they're still in business or while airlines are still working with them!

My trip got cancelled due to COVID and I requested for a refund so I called them. I got, 1) lots of excuses why I should do a refund (I'll have to wait months, travel voucher is better, etc.), 2) I'll have to pay a fee for cancellation even though it wasn't my fault, and 3) I got the runaround (transferred to a different agent, will make you wait forever until you hopefully give up).

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST.

They will NEVER, NEVER,NEVER give your refund back!
My flight JAL(June/2022) got canceled, But they still haven't refunded me. So I have been calling every week!
Every time I called for the past eight months, they told me, " in 12 days," then changed to "we cannot assure you anything."

The Call center is useless; they repeat the same thing every time you call!

I called the airline (JAL) directly, and they said they refunded My Trip 6 months ago!

And do not use a Citi card; they WILL NOT protect you; they had me deal with this fraud/scam and keeps charging me interest toward this balance!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Airline cancelled my flight. MyTrip asked £30 to process the refund (that the airline would do automatically anyway!) Airline refunded money, but MyTrip refuses to refund me (saying the airline hasn't refunded them). Liars.
