You system booked leaving from the wrong airport and I'm having trouble having it corrected.
We were booked to go to USA from Europe with 3 connecting flights. However it was obvious they didn't give us time to connect to our last flight. There was no delay going through but because we had to recheck our luggage and the fact that the airport was so very big meant that it was too late to board our last flight. We then had to find a hotel to stay in overnight. What is more they had ALREADY CHECKED US IN FOR THE FOLLOWING MORNING so knew that this would be the situation.
Going back, we checked in with the airlines and were then told we needed to contact Mytrip for an E code so that they could associate the booking with the airline booking...We had NO NOTICE of this beforehand. Apparently other people before us ALL had this problem. We couldn't get through to MyTrip and only just made our flight due to the ingenuity of the airline agent.
Needless to say our baggage had to be put on a later flight and we are now waiting for it to arrive.
Customer service is horrible! They don't honor their tickets and it's impossible to rebook it. Definitely do not recommend it. They also cut phone on me several times.
The website is very easy to navigate and it was also very easy to book my travel.
This site is scam website. So dont book any flight. And they have ridiculous customer services. They sold me fake ticket with no record at all. I lost £250 with them.
So be carefull.

Bought a ticket was quoted 91 pounds to the point where you enter your card details. Obviously when you enter card details you are committed to press pay and not scroll up to look at the price again. This is exactly what I did. I thought it was 91 pounds but when I entered the card details the price was automatically changed to 125 pounds. They said the 30 pounds discounted rate depends on the card you use but you will never find out until you enter your card details and by then everyone would have pressed pay and no coming back.
So I think this is a clever way of taking extra money from your pocket without you realising it and by time you realise it it is too late.
SO MAKE SURE WHEN YOU ENTER YOUR CARD DETAILS SCROLL UP AND CHECK THE UPDATED PRICE BEFORE YOU PROCEED TO PURCHASE.

On December 23,20 we bought two airline tickets worth 1863. 99 euros on Mytrip. However, we have not received anything, no tickets or ation. We have been in contact with Mytrip, but they indicate that the money has not been received while the money has been debited from our account. Our bank has conducted an investigation and has come to the conclusion that the money has arrived 100% sure and the payment went well. As proof from the bank I have received an inquiry number with which the payment should be found by Mytrip. I feel very ripped off, it's a big amount and they don't help me while I have proof of it!
GIVE US BACK OUR MONEY YOU THIEVES!
This company is a completely fraud. Their customer service DOES NOT EXIST. The only way to contact them for any support is by a phone they provide in their site, but the problem you will be waiting for HOURS and no one will pick up the phone. THEY WILL NEVER SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM WHEN YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR BOOKING.
I am a first time user and found the site to be easy to use and navigate.
2h before someone answered, then I have to pay £30 to get a refund for a flight that was cancelled By the airlines.

I have been back and forth for 15 hours between the agency and the airline and getting NOWHERE. They are refusing to give me back my credit voucher which is absolutely ridiculous because I am in a lockdown in Melbourne and cannot fly. They are lying, stealing thieves that do not care about you or your trip.

Their customer service line is not helpful at all, their agents all have different information and they promise you to resolve the issues in 24-48 hrs, and then that turns into 2 weeks of getting back and forth until you get mad and BEG to talk to a manager. This is my FIRST AND LAST time booking a trip through them. WILL DEFIENTELY NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

Frist time in my life making a review of anything. Bought the ticket for direct flight through this company and they couldn't be bothered to let me know my flight is cancelled. I found out at the airport that my original flight is not happening and had to take another flight with a transfer and couldn't make it on time where I was supposed to be. It's like buying a house with a garden and on the move in day you find out you're getting a tiny apartment. If I wanted to travel with transfer and spending a day at airports I would book it myself. Bottom of the bottom of a company. Never ever ever ever again!

I had a return Flight to Crete and They cancelled my flight, no notification, Nothing. We had 7 hours out of our holiday stolen from us. I suggest booking with a reputable company
Literally no customer service, no way to call them and get a refund even tho we paid the extra for the insurance. Never buying from this company ever again, It's a SCAM!
Spent 20 minutes booking flight, preparing documents, choosing seats (which I had to pay for - F&*$ Off), and it said I had to start over! Screw you. I will book with someone else.
Wanted to change my flight destination because of the riots happening in Portland. I called them about changing my destination. They said it was not possible, but could allow me to fly to Portland anytime within the next year. They said they would send me a confirmation email, but never did. I then find out my ticket is still scheduled for the original flight dates to Portland.
I tried calling Alaska Airlines to help with my issue. They were willing to exchange my ticket for me, but said it was locked on Mytrip's end. When I called Mytrip back, they said there was nothing they can do. I even told them Alaska Airlines was willing to change my ticket for me, but they didn't believe me. When I asked them to contact each other, the Mytrip agent said "we don't have time for that." The agent said they'd leave a note for Alaska Airlines to allow me to make changes to my flight but never did.
Alaska airlines also said Mytrip paid them with Mexican pesos.
Do NOT trust Mytrip. They're a scam business and will take your money.
This is the WORST and MOST DISHONEST service, or lack thereof, I have ever experienced. Their work hours are almost impossible to reconcile and they DO NOT ANDWER. My family went to the airport and was forced to change the reservation because the site failed to warn us that a visa was required for TRANSIT. The problem was, the airline said they could not alter or refund a trip made by third parties. NOW WHAT? This company will not respond and my family is stuck. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR MONEY!

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
