This company will rip you off! I paid ahead while purchasing my ticket from Hanoi to Laos for visas. I filled out the applications they sent, but never received my visas. There is no way to contact the company. Total scam!
I purchased a round trip ticket from MyTrip website with flexible ticket option and pay extra for this option. On September 5th, 2023, I chat with the customer service to change my ticket date from September 8, to November 4,2023. The agent give me the additional fee information and all flight information for the new flight on November 4th. Then asked my confirmation and I confirmed the price difference and all the flight information. Then the agent said that I will receive an email for the payment. After that, I received the payment link via email and it is mentioned that the link is valid for 20 minutes. I completed the payment immediately, and then receive a confirmation email. When I checked the account on MyTrip website, it is also written that reservation is changed, and the confirmation note was on my account. However, I did a new email today, on September 7th, and it is said they refunded the extra amount I paid, and my rebooking is cancelled. The original flight was September 8th which is 24 hours later from this email. I called the call center, but they told me that the prices are dynamic and I have to pay more than 600 CAD, which is double of the first amount I paid for rebooking. They don't take any responsibility and even everything is written on their own system as well. They did not fix the problem. Do not purchase any ticket from this website, otherwise you will lose your money.
We were booked to go to USA from Europe with 3 connecting flights. However it was obvious they didn't give us time to connect to our last flight. There was no delay going through but because we had to recheck our luggage and the fact that the airport was so very big meant that it was too late to board our last flight. We then had to find a hotel to stay in overnight. What is more they had ALREADY CHECKED US IN FOR THE FOLLOWING MORNING so knew that this would be the situation.
Going back, we checked in with the airlines and were then told we needed to contact Mytrip for an E code so that they could associate the booking with the airline booking...We had NO NOTICE of this beforehand. Apparently other people before us ALL had this problem. We couldn't get through to MyTrip and only just made our flight due to the ingenuity of the airline agent.
Needless to say our baggage had to be put on a later flight and we are now waiting for it to arrive.
AVOID.Made the mistake of buying an airline ticket form this scam site. Showed up to airport and airline said you don't have a ticket. Showed them the confirmation email and they you don;t have a ticket. Both the mytrip.com and airline refusing to return my money. Its not a refund, but rather a return that I have been trying to get now for 3 weeks.

I booked flight ticket on Mytrip.com website on 02June which was $226.22, until last step of payment method it was till that price so I agreed to pay, but when bookings successfully made, they charged $493.69, so I called customer service immediately that your website showed wrong price, the guy named Mushtaque S explained it might be because of the airline's price has changed, I agreed with him, then I requested to cancel and he said I had to pay $45 fee for booking, BUT IT WAS NOT THE PRICE I WANTED TO PAY, so why I had to pay for fee?
I was on phone for about 2 hours then I asked him to transfer me to his supervisor, after 10 minutes waiting, Mushtaque S got back and said his supervisor was busy and approved for refunding $45 fee and told me he would email me for confirmation of that.
HOWEVER, 3 months later, nothing about the fee refund.
I called customer service again, and no one got any history of the conversation between me and Mustaque S (even before the calls started, auto voice said "your calls could be recorded..."
Now no-one got any idea who was the guy and I felt so disappointed, being lied, disrespectful and angry.
If there is zero star for this review, I would vote for Mytrip.com.
I will continue to review their services with my real comments and pictures (I did take pictures to prove the different prices shown)
So basically, if you are not careful enough to double check the price after booked, you might be charged more already like me.

This is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. I booked a flight through them that was for December 2022. The airline cancelled the flight and I've been fighting with Mytrip ever since then (9 months) to get my refund. Eve though they acknowledged that they had my money, they continually denied me my refund. Each time I called, they claimed it had to be escalated and someone would call me back or send me a link to get my refund and each time they failed to do either of those things. After so many calls and being told the same thing, I finally filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and finally (and only because of that complaint) I received my refund. Otherwise, I'm 100% convinced they would never have given me my money back.
They did a mistake in a reservation of a flight from Miami to Mexico City. I couldn't check in and forced to pay another 50$ for not checking in time. The customer support told me "show them the travel document an it'll be fine", not what happened.
Definitely now buying with them again.
I paid for their service that allows flexible scheduling. Customer service is extremely poor to be able to do anything. Worst service ever. It's a scam.
I would never ever use Trip.com again. I lost money and time. Ryanair sent me email, that "travel agent who has no commercial relationship with Ryanair to sell our flights. Therefore, Ryanair has blocked this booking". I had to pay directly to Ryanair to get my flights valid.
Payed cancelation option and 4 months waiting for our money. They say: you will get your voutcher in two hours, you will get your voutcher in 28h, you will get it in 7 days… A SCAM!
It is worst service then ever. I booked the flight ticket via mytrip. I put my daughter's correct nam, but the booked wrongly with the airlines, leading to the cancellation of my daughter's ticket. It is impossible to contact them via email or telephone. The only way to connect them is via chat, which is automatically generated without any answer. They did mistake but requested the customer to pay for their mistake. And they just insisted on asking the customer to pay for THEIR MISTAKE. Never book via this company again.
I was contacted by my trip.com regarding tickets i purchased of them for saudi airlines the connecting flights was canceled which they told me that's good of them but then they demanded £2500 for changing the connecting flight same airline which I refused to pay that much then they demanded £1250 which i refused they said the saudi airlines are charging that not us then I decided to contact saudi airlines direct they were very polite and sorted it in 5 minutes no charge at all charge at all so the agents in my trip.com are con artist liars beware it the last time I would use them
Paid for flexible ticket with mytrip, when they rescheduled my flight to a new date for Paris to Melbourne they changed the route to go from Paris to Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh to Melbourne as this was all that was available and neglected to tell me I would need a visa for Vietnam to do this, as I wouldn't be leaving the airport in Vietnam I didn't think to check myself. Ended up stranded in Charles de Gaulle airport after the airline told me I couldn't board the plane and that mytrip should have informed me I needed to prepare a visa, as I couldn't get an immediate visa I ended up paying for a new flight home, when I spoke to mytrip customer service all they could tell me was there was absolutely nothing they could or would do. Horrible experience, would not recommend mytrip to anyone, will never use their service again.
Scammers. Don't buy tickets from them. They are a pain... No proper customer support. No emails. I purchased a ticket with check-in baggage and when I reached the checkin counter I was told I don't have baggage allowance. I was not able to fly two international flights due to this fraud. The App and emails received showed baggage allowance clearly. If I could I would log a complain with IATA.
Had initially booked a ticket for my sister's travel from Manila to Calgary. However, I was unaware of the requirement for her to obtain a visa for a layover in the USA. Realizing this, I contacted the relevant authorities, who informed me that I needed to reach out to all the airlines involved in the itinerary. I made numerous calls and sent emails, and the responses I received consistently stated that the agency should be able to facilitate a refund, cancellation, or rescheduling of the flight if such changes were permissible.
Upon reaching out to the agency Mytrip, I was shocked to learn that they were requesting an additional payment of $5000 on top of the original cost. Communication with them proved to be incredibly frustrating as they often couldn't provide clear answers and would frequently place me on hold, only to eventually disconnect the call. Despite my persistent efforts, having called them a total of 20 times, I was consistently met with lengthy periods on hold and, more often than not, abrupt hang-ups. Mytrip.com has become a company I would never want to do business with. My initial flight from Newark to Los Angeles was cancelled by the airline. I contacted mytrip.com because it would mean I would probably lose my connecting flight to Guadalajara. However, nothing was done but the company (I would call them and they would hang up the phone). As a result I had to get a new ticket to Los Angeles (making a stop in Las Vegas and not straight as it originally was) and I had to buy a new ticket to Guadalajara which cost significantly more since I lost my flight from Los Angeles to Guadalajara and I and to buy it last minute.
I never received a refund for my ticket from Los Angeles to Guadalajara or for anything even though I made numerous attempts to get in contact with the mytrip.com customer service they continue to decline my calls after seeing my order number. I've included the screenshots of my chat conversation with them.
I don't know why so many people can't get help from them. I had a problem with my luggage on wizzair (my inbound flight didn't have checked in luggage even though I had paid for it)
They handled it within an hour, I successfully checked in, everything was ok. I am very grateful to their assistant.

I booked a return flight with them. The flight over was extremely delayed due to weather, but I was able to deal with the airline directly at the airport. My return flight was cancelled and rescheduled to a later date. I needed to return on the original date for work, and the airline promptly refunded my ticket. Unfortunately they refunded MyTrip rather than my credit card.
Every time I attempted to get in touch with a MyTrip customer service agent and explained that they held my money for a flight that never happened, they would say I needed to wait a week for my credit card to show the reimbursement. After a week, I would be transferred to their 'accounts department', and promptly disconnected from the call. I ended up contesting the transaction and being refunded that way.
Their business seems designed to scam already overwhelmed travelers in the hopes that they won't pursue the company. Protect yourself from them, they are a fraudulent business and should be treated as such.
