They take days to reply and they rip off money from you which wasn't used anyway. And ask more money to process your request to cancel. They only could give $7 out of $2,300+ I spent which wasn't of any use since their service is horrible. I deserve 50% refund at least.
I wanted to change my booking details and i got thrown out of the chat twice. They wanted to forward me to another team 3 times and nobody could help me... maybe the customer service gets rewarded when forwarding an issue... no thank you. I recommend to book directly with the airline.
200% of scammers. They booked my flight for 4 adults, charged $ 600 for seat reservations and never booked them with airlines. When I asked for a refund for my seat reservations, they canceled my reservation 24 hours before departure. It cost me $ 3,500 to buy new tickets, and I lost almost $ 2,000 extra due to the canceled flight by MyTrip.com. Total $ 5500.
I'm not talking about the shock and distress to find out that your trip is canceled the moment I try to check in. Spent the night at the emergency room before the 12-hour flight!

The flight I booked through MyTrip was cancelled. The Airline, Air Maroc have said they refunded the money to Mytrip, Mytrip have so far refused to refund me my money for a flight that never happened. It has now been over 8 months. All I get is broken promises, automated emails or just being ignore. Do not risk your money, whatever the savings.
Poor services. I didn't know that it is so difficult to manage a flight that has disrupted. They always write to me that they are gonna connect me with another team and never happens. I will never book with you again! Thank you
Dont use mytrip! Booking a flight the system told us the payment could not be done so we have to repurchase it. Doing so, suddenly the flight was booked twice. Calling one minute later to sort it, they stated they keep a handling fee of 40 euros. So mainly, we pay for their systems faultiness. NEVER AGAIN! Customer service also not anyhow cooperative.
I needed to make changes to my booking but it was impossible to contact anybody. I tried calling several times but I was put on hold for 20 minutes before I gave up. There is also not a single email that I can contact (seriously?). The no-reply email says to reach out to them via a form but I was also not able to locate this form after an hour of scouring their website.
Booked a flight between larnaca and beirut. The dates were right, the destination flipped. He ticket price is a 100 euros and these thieves want to charge me 40 euros to fix the destinations flipping.
The moment we paid, a cancellation email came and we were told we would have to wait for our money back. I asked why, the guy in India said there was a computer glitch. They would not give me a manager's name, their ABN or company number. Their address is not a real address in yamba for a business.
I have been trying to contact someone to rebook my flight but, there is no way of one getting in touch with anyone, which is not acceptable. Now when I try to login in, there is an error message saying that my email is invalid. This is the same email my tickets confirmation was sent to.
Never use this service again, because if you can not support your customers at a time like this, that means you are bad business.
Mytrip.com website and people working for this company are nothing but scammers. I tried to book a ticket through mytrip.com, we entered all the information and when tried to purchase, we received website error, we tried again and it was same thing. Few days later we found out our credit card was charged. Company did not refund the money.
We booked tickets with this service for a midday flight. When we checked in, thank goodness early and thank goodness online, we learned that we were booked on a flight which left several hours earlier than our booked flight. We received no e-mail that times had been changed; and a bland assertion by a chat agent that the problem was that the airline changed the flight times. However, that route has several flights per day on the service, so that seems extremely unlikely. Book direct and spare yourself a problem with this site.
I am with everyone else who considers this disreputable company to be skirting around the edge of a greedy scam merchant. Totally impersonal and unhelpful, slow to respond, and everything costs a pile of money. You want to make a change? Forget it unless you have loads of cash to throw away - they call it a "fine". Do not book anything with this appaling excuse of a company - go anywhere else, or better still, use the airline. I hope this pathetic bunch of losers go bust as soon as possible.
I booked a flight, airline cancelled the flight, but mytrip told me same day that flight was confirmed. They never answered my phone calls, i got assistance only with the help of skyscanner. Now they claim i may receive a refund but not in full. Stay away from mytrip
I purchased a round trip ticket for USD 75 through Kayak, where the offer cleared read "Free 24h cancellation." Within 5 minutes of purchase I realized I bought the reverse city order. I immediately purchased a second and correct trip and requested the cancellation and refund of the first one. I emailed Mytrip and spent 45min on call hold with their contact center before giving up. This morning I received their emailed response. They will not honor their 24h cancellation and instead plan to charge me USD 87 to cancel my ticket.
"I strongly advise not to book a flight with ITA Airlines through the Mytrip website. I recently used their website to change my flight to an earlier one. After recalculating the price, I found a suitable flight but had to call their customer service to complete the change. Despite the flight being shown as available on their website, the customer service agent refused to provide it and claimed it was not available. To resolve the issue, I called ITA Airlines, and they confirmed that the flight I wanted was indeed available. They joined the call with the Mytrip customer service, but still, the agent refused to make the change. As a result, I had to open a dispute with my credit card company."
My flight got cancelled back June 2020 and they still haven't got my refund the staff are not helpful and are telling me to contact the airline directly what a joke this company is and I would never in my lifetime use or recommend this company to anyone. The telephone helpline well you have to wait at least 45 minutes to get someone to answer your call and even then everyone you speak to gives you different directions they used to send me status update for my refund and even that stopped back in November the 15th. My last resort is to take them to court to get my money back which I'm in the process of doing
Weeks ago, I booked a return flight on Austrian Airlines, through mytrip.com.
Two day later, mytrip.com wrote me that the flights did not... did not fly anmore!
mytrip.com offered an inconvenient alternative, that I accepted.
I am still waiting for a confirmation from mytrip.com (!)
Austrian Airlines are telling me that they can't do anything because it is not in their hands...
Very easy to book online. No mistakes and Iam Happy that I was able to do it for my sister,nephew and Uncle.
I bought tickets, they charged my credit card immediately, and they never made the reservation; I called them many times to complain, and they sent me a refund email, but the refund never arrived. I think they answered from India or Pakistan; they ignored my complaints, and I had to dispute the charge with my bank.
Answer: flights@mytrip.com although don't expect a timely response (if any)
Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
