Very bad, inaccurate information regarding changing and cancellations fees which are extremely high and will exceed the ticket price. Customer services took one hour to respond. I'll never book with them again. I should have read their poor reviews before booking with them.

Customer hotline refused to give an explanation. Tried emailing, but received a no reply email. Used 24/7 live chat, service staff is not helpful at all. Used online form, they got back to me with lousy explanation and I'm unable to reply to their email. Everything has to restarts the process again.
Mytrip took my money, didn't provide plane tickets, then told me that their terms and conditions allowed them to do this. My trip had to be cancelled as I couldn't afford replacement tickets. They're essentially a scam - avoid at all costs.
These guys made me wait more than one hour on hold and Toby would pickup. All while claiming they have 24/7 service which is a lie. I wasn't able to cancel my reservation and get a refund because "I contacted too late". Thieves.
I paid for cancellation protection and still need did not receive any refund or voucher. Worse, their responses were copy paste and completely useless. Terrible company. Will never use them again. Disgusting.
Absolutely ridiculous company, wish I had seen the reviews before booking. Took me 3 hours the first day I called them for refund as we had 5 tickets and could not fly to India, due to regulation changes. They said we need to speak to Air India even though we gave our money to this company. I am sure since the country has banned travel, there should be an easier way to deal with this. Had to call again and reached them after 2 and half hours. An arrogant agent on line. I bet this website is run from and underground basement of some stupid little brats not living in real world, its amazing what kind of crap companies are given licenses to serve people now a days.
Took money for what seats are free by airlines & asked me to select during check-in which is 24 hr before flying (this is free in real life...) Why should I pay? Refund my seat fee! Ridiculous business! Thieves!
Customer service is terrible! There is no phone number to call and if you leave them a message, you will receive a response after many days, and seems they haven't even read what you informed them about your problem with their service.
No transparency regarding the fee or anything! Why would you do this to someone who comes to your website trusting you to provide a good service?!
In one word - SCAM.
No refund after 6 months. They keep sending me same emails asking for bank details whenever I call them. Why not refunding to original payment method? They are just waiting until I get exhausted so they take the money. I have never seen such dodgy company.
Accidently made a mistake booking the flight, immediately requested a cancellation, but have not heard back from them after 8 days. Their phone number can only be phoned from the UK, so no possibility to do that. After reading the reviews I see almost everyone has this problem. Absolutely disgusting.
This is the worst agency to buy a ticket from. I cancelled my trip and they told me after making endless calls, to pay a charge fee that doubled the cost of a current ticket. Those indians with their heavy accents will not help you at all so dont bother.
Is there a 0? Booked a ticket multiple times, accepts, charges, declines. I had about 20 attempts to no avail. Called their Customer Service, i was placed on hold... for more than 1 hour! Hmmm what's this site for again?
Flight was cancelled. They didn't even notify us, They were refunded as confirmed by the airline. After countless hours with their terrible customer service they still haven't refunded me. Been 3 months now. Do not use this crappy company.
We needed a name change on my ticket because I got cancer, surgery, then radiation after I booked. Over a period of 2 weeks and multiple emails and overseas calls, they broke promises, outright lied, told us to 'shut up' and never did help at all.
We booked 2 flights. On both Air China changed the dates. They did not suit. Air China refused to talk. My Trip was a disaster.
1) took months to reply to client support request or official complaint.
2) told me a return flight booked was one way only (despite the e ticket in my hands being return)
3) 4 hours waiting for customer service (joke) to reach an Asian who could not speak English and who shouted when asked to speak slower.
4) Do not follow up when agree things (in fact they don't do what they say)
Incompetent? Yes.
In financial trouble? Probably.
Airlines really need to refuse to allow this company takings bookings. It reflects on the airlines too.

Extremely poor service. My flight was cancelled by Oman airline and they also cancelled the entire route from Saudi to Kathmandu; a clear case for a refund. I'm now waiting over 1 year and Mytrip are no longer providing biweekly updates. Called their staff and got the usual nonsense statement, plus soon realised that noone was handling the case, or had contacted the airline in months since o paid the additional money to manage.! This is not a professional company and it would seem they have taken money under false pretence, with no result and no accountability.
If there was an option to given no stars, would have given that instead. They are a big scam and doesn't provide any help. When I paid for everything, they didn't even forwarded the info about my 7 year old daughter and once I call them they said they can't do anything and I had to purchase another ticket for her. This travel agency is full of crap.
Flight refund now 90 days past due. No responses to written email notifications. Customer service on the phone, repeatedly, "forwarded my case to somewhere" after putting me on hold for 2 mins. Now I should wait.
Asking for an Email confirmation that we spoke and the case was escalated, I get "I can't write Emails, only phone" effectively proving that I was just put on hold for 2 mins and nothing was escalated. "The Email department" responds to Emails only. Must be a great group as Im still waiting for a response to my mails.
Website doesn't work either, proper mail and order number input "is not existing", but sure, keep sending me automated reminders about managing my booking online instead of phone.
MyTrip as a travel agent is an absolute joke, customer service somewhere in the corner of the world abysmal. First and last time I deal with this incapable, unprofessional businesses.
Read the other reviews, they are a complete nightmare. Indian call centre... they ask the same question via phone or email, again and again. 16 days after trying to get a refund, I'm still were I started. Stay away from them at all costs.
One star is too much.
Mytrip.com completely wiped all responsibility off their shoulders when Thomas Cook collapsed.
A night before I called them to ask what would happen if TC would go bankrupt and I was told I would receive a full refund.
The next day, their story changed. Then I received an email with 'Unfortunately but it's impossible to apply for refund'...
My bank thinks it's unlawful and very irresponsible of them to refuse refunds in this case, because as a big player they're in much better position to get money back from Thomas Cook.
So here I am - without holiday, without my money...
Never ever book with Mytrip.com!

There is no customer service probably one person sitting on the other end of the phone.
If u call I have to wait 2/3 hours just to talk to a representative who can't help and end up putting you on hold again and then line gets cut off.
My outgoing flight was cancelled by airline. They can't offer me any alternate and cancelled my booking - 7 days later still waiting for a refund.
They also refusing to cancel inbound flight but don't understand if I can't travel out of country - I can't catch my return flight.
Stay away from this company - you may save little money initially in your booking but if any issues come up, say goodbye to your money.

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
