I left London July 17th. Luggage purchases were not communicated to airline. Had to purchase again and send receipts, Been in Japan for nearly two months. My return trip is fast approaching and not only have I not had a refund for the luggage paid for at Heathrow, but I have not had confirmation that the same will not happen again in Tokyo. Contacting them is a nightmare. Terrible service

I was transferred five times and had to give all the details every time I was transferred from one department to another. I was an international call paying $1 per minute and the total time it took to cancel the tickets was 1 hour: 27 minutes.
There is no email address where you can send an email. They will force you to go through the pain of dealing with them over the phone.
I understood their modus operandi. I immediately called Amex and had the charge disputed. Do not give up, chase these bast*rds. Collect evidence along the way and dispute the charge.

With the inbound tickets they issued my to Turkey last week, they put my children names who are less than 5 yrs old as adults! When checking with the flight company they said that my children won't be able to fly. The agency call handlers are like robots, they are like automated answer machines that didn't solve my problems. The amount of stress I had a night before was huge because of their mistakes. I was lucky that the flight company didn't pay more attention for this mistake at their counter next day.
With the return flight to the UK, they booked 2 flights from ankara to antaliya and from antaliya to Manchester. They booked the 1st flight so there is a 30 minutes delay for 2nd flight. This had ruined 2 days of my holiday. What pissed me off even further that they emailed me stated that it was my fault because I didn't pick up my phone( UK number!) They could think that I was stuck abroad so my mobile won't work. Its been long time I have not come across such people who are careless and pretend to be stupid to fool you and make you give up the call.
Lifetime lesson, if mytrip offer you a free flight, DONT GO WITH THEM.
Paid for tickets and then name correction for my wife's ticket, they are dragging me for over 3 months with this, still not resolved, probably not gonna resolve this in time, and my vacation will be cancelled. Worst customer service I have ever faced.

Booked flights from San Diego to Edmonton, Swoop airlines cancelled the flight, Swoop provided refund back to My trip on 13th July, I'm still waiting the refund back from. Mytrip weeks later.
When you call be prepared for robots in an overseas call centre, that just tell lies.
Also booked another flight where they have failed to add baggage onto the booking even though I have paid for this.

While booking a ticket the baggage allowance information was given as 2 checked bags. But 1 day before the flight departure, while check-in we realized that we had only 1 checked bag. I followed up with mytrip nearly 10 times but of no avail. Never book any flight from this very shady website with a customer service which is a big joke!
Stay away of this agency.

Absolutely the worst company ever! Had a Flexi fare needed to change my flights. 5 hours and 7 different customer service people and not one of them could assist.
All calls are diverted to India and they are a scam! Once they have your money they want nothing to do with you anymore and just give you the run around. Then they have the nerve to ask you how their service was - absolute rubbish that's how your service is!
I have bought ticket Toronto-Warsaw with this company and regret about it ******* times. I paid extra 10 Euros for quick respond and when I decised to contact with this company I had to wait on the line for 15 min (the call costed 20$ for me!) and than a manager told me that I need wait a few daнs when I finnaly will receive mail from them. Booked a return flight from Stockholm to Birmingham with Eurowings through MyTrip. Outbound flight was cancelled one hour before take-off with no reason given. Eurowings refunded the money to MyTrip the same day. This happened on 1st July 2022, it is now 16th August 2022 and MyTrip are refusing to refund me the money until I agree to pay an admin fee to get the money back from Eurowings even though Eurowings have ALREADY transferred it to them! I have received over 10 automated responses from them with no care whatsoever. They owe me over £370. I have decided to go down the route of disputing a charge with my credit card company so hopefully I will be able to get the money back this way. I have tried to find out from MyTrip if I cancel the chargeback when they could refund me money but they can't seem to grasp what I am asking. An utter JOKE of a company, extremely incompetent and I sincerely hope they go under very very soon. Nasty nasty company with no customer service and no morals whatsoever.
Having mistakenly booked 2 tickets that were supposed to be refundable, I tried to get a refund and they took almost all of the money in "fees", and did not tell me that they were going to do this.
