My Supernova

I signed up for the Google Listing and was promised to get my business on Google and hopefully gain new customers. They did exactly that. Got me on the first page of Google in my city and now my business is gaining more clients. My Account Manager is very helpful and knowledgeable about online marketing and I will definitely be continuing service with them for a long time. Thanks My Supernova.

I rely on the expertise of people who know what they're doing so that I can focus on my work and my customers. Signing on with My Supernova has been a great experience, seamless process and having an account manager to communicate with personally to help guide me along has been an added bonus! Can't recommend enough!

This service is a scam. They presented being from Google when first called me. Horrible, horrible company - don't fall for this scam as I did. It is a rip off. They produced a short video using pictures from my website that looked like a 6th grade project. OK, I'm exaggerating, it was not as good as a video made by a 6th grader. The service they provide was not only beneficial to my business but actually hurt it and encouraged spam.

Don't fall for this sorry $#*! company they will take your credit card a charge you for services that you will never recieve. It starterd at $20 a month and after a month of no services that were provided I asked them to never call me again and to cancel my card and now its 4 charges of $149 and 1 of $200 that's crazy. Watch your self. It cost me $1000. So please dont fall for it check out there review's. There's multiple customers that have been rip off. I have a small business and yes you always wont to things to approve you're sales but this is not worth a dime.

My Supernova is a scam. They keep running you around asking for more and more documents. You give it to them. And then they never proceed to hold up their end of the bargain. I've been dealing with for almost a year and they have failed to fulfill their end of the deal I paid them the money they asked for UP front. The people that I have been working with mysteriously. Either quit their job or went to another department. I keep getting the runaround and nothing is ever been done. If you want a star rating for me it would be a zero

Felt bad reading the poor reviews, so I wanted to share my experience. The whole process has been really smooth so far... going on 8 months. Maybe I got lucky because my representative Sophie is a sweet gal. She's been very communicative about the whole process and really helped my business out there. THANK YOU SOPHIE!

Don't use this company! Very bad experience! They false advertise what they are going to do and then don't live up to this. I also wanted to be taken off and not charged and then they still charged for another 3 months. Total, Total, Total SCAM! -5 stars if possible!

Terrible people. Took my money didnt deliver service. Never called me back, never was able to talk to my account manager Casey P. Two months i tried just to have conversation, they never called me back. STAY AWAY from these terrible people.

One of my buddies referred me to these guys and so far, it's been a good experience. They built me a website in about 2 weeks time and also have helped out with our listing. Would recommend.

First off, I don't like the fact that they seem to mislead you into believing that you have a listing that is not fully setup yet... The very first impression is that this is a dishonest company and all the reviews seem to add up to the same thing. I keep receiving harassing calls about every 6 weeks even though I have requested to be taken off their soliciting list over two dozen times. Their sales staff becomes quickly combative every time that I ask to talk to someone who is in charge of taking me off their list. It's too bad that companies can continue to operate in this harassing manor.

I started working with My SuperNova in November of 2019 and I was a bit skeptical looking at all the reviews online. They said they were under new management and no contract for the service and what not so I decided to give them a shot. Ive been working with them since then and they have delivered to everything they promised. Got me more visibility in my service area. I have been getting more phone calls and more work since I started working with them. Not going to make you rich but get more business coming in through the door for sure.

Horrible Horrible rip off. I swear if this was 10 years ago I would be in their offices with a gun demanding my money back. After 5 months of so called aid in promoting my. Business on Google I cant see my business listed in over 50 searches. I swear they just take your money and tell you that you're online but no there seems to have a clue about social media marketing.
And they take your money monthly without a signed contract or agreement. Stay far away take 5 mins and diy. Save yourself the grief of trusting these theives.

I see that they have some negative reviews but that was not my experience. Is my phone ringing off the hook? Not really, but I definitely make money every month off their advertisement. I mean this is marketing people! There are no guarantees. My account executive (Jeannie) is always there when I have a question or concern and I have never had any "bait or switch" experiences with them. I rarely if ever write reviews on line, as a business owner I felt like I should give my 2 cents because My Supernova has helped me alot

I'm mentioned by name in some of these reviews because I was an employee with this company for almost three years. I had a customer service position and worked under the manager Diana. I would agree the way things are ran when it comes to billing renewal is not right. The employees get the most crap for not handing out refunds but it was never our job. I can also tell you I left 2-3 positive reviews on here for them as an employee when I was asked to do so. The biggest reason I left was because two years into it they decided if we didn't hit talk times or call time we would get 10% of our commission taken away (each day it wasn't hit) but the real kicker was the deductions were never listed on our paycheck. Diana would just take away a big junk of your money and blame it on your talk times. I also never forget the day she lied and said my email was hacked by spam - the day after i put my two weeks in. My email was never hacked by spam but a resentful manager. I also found out the day after I left a meeting was held about me - not about my performance but my search history on my computer. The service has potential but its hard to believe in what your selling when you had little to none training. My mental health has never been better since I left that company.
