My Supernova

Horrible Company. Stay Away. After numerous calls from their sales person who by the way did a great job selling. I finally caved in and said I would let them manage our google account with promises that I could use as many add words as I liked and would be ranked on the first page with google. Once I was handed over that's where I found nothing we spoke about was true. The email I got from their accounting dept, who by the way charged my credit card right away didn't even have the right company name, then my so called account manager informed me that I couldn't have all the add words that I sent them and if I wanted something like that it would be a different program (pay per click- no thank you). They called everyday asking me if I received the post card they sent me (first of all its not My Supernova who send the post card it's Google). Well of course not because they put our warehouse address where we do not get mail (this was communicated to the sales person numerous times). I also explained numerous times that we had a Google account already with rave reviews and that was the account they supposedly where suppose to be managing - well guess what they set up a separate Google account. So now I am getting numerous calls from companies wanting me to hire them to claim my Google Listing! I tried to cancel and asked for a refund since what I was told and what I was getting where two different things and was told sorry it's non refundable - my opinion this is probably how they make most of their money. He did say that they could take over my Google account if I gave them the password - HECK NO! Not to mention my Account Manager was very RUDE - Worst company I have ever encountered! Still haven't received so called post card. STAY AWAY!

I had money refunded immediately and Jeff fast talked his way back in. Do not trust that there is any connection between the initial point of sale, for me was Jeff' and those who are attempting to pull together a website. All I can think is that they are outsourcing all technical work to foreign entities who really can't write in English unless it's some boilerplate script. I believe one has to own' English to write the simplest copy on a site. I was upset in seeing this at first site attempt and went through designated page at a time with screen shots, took hours but I knew Jeff wasn't doing the work so I needed visual communication.

I also sent more of my pictures as they didn't seem to understand plagiarism in design!? They don't understand that their client and clients reputation is ultimately responsible for misinformation on the site. Little to none of this was reflected in their second draft' and Jeff passed the ball/buck to some assistant who has never called me. I have refused to do the same screen shot/verbal update again with feelings that the first approach was a waste.

The areas where they did update info, they often just stopped mid sentence and left in my notes to them...(not Denver). This was referring to some Denver office they'd somehow concocted. I think they must google to get their info about their new clients as some of the writing was from my old website.

It's sad, but I hope these companies fold soon, they likely make good people in marketing lose whole groups of creatives and small business owners who will eventually just check out with little to gain and much to lose from businesses like MySupernova who seem aimless after one has paid the $1,000. Do it yourself templates would be far better than this company.
