My name is Tony Giordano, I own Tony's Tree Co out of New Jersey. I have been with Mysupernova for a little over 6 months and I couldn't be happier. At first I signed up for their google ad program and was targeting a huge densely populated area in New Jersey. I was getting results, but not quite what I had hoped for considering the COST of the service. I contacted my representative, she was extremely helpful in strategizing and getting me in a smaller area so I could more a less get a better bang for my buck. I give this company five stars based on that and their customer service alone. I have been with Yodle ( competitor of theirs) and I got so so results but hated their customer service. Mysupernova is a win win for my company because A) Ive gotten more phone calls than with Yodle and B) the customer service blows yodles out of the water. Im writing this review mainly because I feel a responsibility to give back to a company thats helped me out so much.
Overall we are happy with our experience with Supernova and they have helped us out a lot with our marketing. Will continue using their services until proved wrong.
We are happy with their website and marketing for our company! We have tracked the progress and we get about 4-5 new customers a month off of their work. Thanks Super Nova!
Complete scam. Took money for setup and monthly fee and did nothing. Blamed it on google. After calling 15 times asking for management they say they are on lunch.
I have been a client of My Supernova's for over a year now. I initially signed up with them in December 2012 for their AdWords program as I was having a lot of difficulty managing my own campaign. I have been scammed in the past by two SEO companies so I am a very hard sale. The thing that caught my attention was how intricately the salesman went over my goals with me. We talked specific cities/towns, which ones would benefit my company and which ones wouldn't. What finally had me sold was the salesman personally guaranteed me that within two business days, I would be able to physically see my ad on Google. No other SEO/Marketing company I had ever spoke to before had said that. I went out on a limb, signed up and have been a satisfied client ever since. I track all my phone calls that come in, and I have definitely had a noticeable difference from the internet since going live with Supernova. I would recommend them to any business owner who, like myself, struggles with computers and is looking for a company who can actually do what they say they're going to do.
Am suing my super Nova and Google as a co defendant for a million for damaged that I can prove in the last 4 years
My Supernova built a great website for my plumbing company and have also helped with my Google Listing to get me more business
I used My Supernova because I decided it's time to seek out some help for my business! I'm so glad I did!
I ordered the scooter over 3 months ago and have never heard from them again. No scooter, no money returned, no nothing!
SO CALL MANAGER DIANA RUDE AND NICOLE ACCOUNT MANAGER RUDE AND LIER!
PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM! THEY ARE OUT FOR YOUR MONEY AND DO NOTHING FOR YOUR BUSINESS!
This company is dishonest. I was sold on a "first page placement" by account manager Nicole and when I called to cancel she hung up on me and then stated that I hung up on her! What a waste of money. I hate companies like this. She refund me $99.00 for March but would not for the previous months. Its a total scam and stealing money! Please do not use them!
These guys are like Wolf of Wallstreet. The movie. They lie. I was starting my online and google placement with the manager from supper nova. I was a confused and skeptical about these online companies. So I was also in talk with another online company, well when I told them that the supposedly "Manager " said I was making a mistake. I asked him if I made a mistake I will contact him back and we could do buisness. Well as a buisness owner for 16 yrs I was blown away with what this manager told me... That NO I could not come back and they would not do buisness with me. I asked him his name 3 times and every time he gave me a different name everytime I asked? So who ever Owens this company needs to look at there inner structure of employees. And training is a big part of what these guys need to deal with customers. By the way. Everytime I asked him a question he would laugh at me. Really good buisness guys? STAY AWAY. They are a joke. I have never in my life been treated like that from a company. I actually felt sorry for the owner or owners of this company. Me I would be embarrassed
Very misleading cold calling. This company uses mass automated telemarketing to fish you in. Their message claims your Google listing is not optimized. Your choice is to press 1 to speak to a person or 2 to be removed from future calls. I've pressed 2 several times, yet I still receive interruptions from annoying robo calls, most times when I'm busy with a customer.
The problem is that my Google "presence" and AdWords is optimized and I'm paying for that service through a legitimate program.
Since the calls continue, I decided to press one and see what this advertising was about. After pressing 1, a sales person immediately answered and asked, "before we begin, what is your first and last name?" My reply was, "Excuse me, what company are you calling from and what is your first and last name?"
He replied, Google, which was a deceptive practice and a lie. I was able to confirm his deception after I had listened to his application of every sales tactic in the book. I said that I rarely do business over the phone and asked for something in writing. He couldn't do that. So I said, let me think this over and call you back. He said he couldn't receive incoming calls, so he offered his cell phone number. RED FLAG EVERYBODY!
Finally he admitted that he worked for mysupernova, and claimed that they were in a "partnership" with Google. I explained to him that his deception was not acceptable and hung up.
The sales rep should have properly and accurately identified who he was representing and not make it appear that he was a Google employee.
I am glad I hired My Supernova. My account manager Nicole is very attentive to my marketing and is always there to help me when I have questions or changes to anything.
Stay away from these thieves! Crooks! These thieves stole from me without delivering any Services lied to my credit card company please buyer beware stayaway they are total Crooks
WHew, that was close. Got cold called and almost hung up when I heard the phone zoo background noise. Should have. Stayed with it through and spoke to a Google Salesman. Compared my site to other competitors on line. Viewed Google searches mutually that showed my competitors ranking far before me. Quoted me the numbers of online searches my competitors were generating. (Incite jealosy and competiveness.
Sleazy) Then explained that they were Google registered and I wasn't. Registering is $187, but that toggles you to the top of searches. Google fee also includes regular conferences with their web consultants. I even asked about his authenticity and Certificuts. Got a satisfactory answer. This guy was good. Signed up for the initial. Then a half hour later got an email receipt from SuperNova Marketing. 30 seconds later i'm at this web site. 40 seconds later I'm on the phone with my bank. They had hit my account, but my bank puts a day hold on transfers. Lesson learned. Full on fraud. Where is the California Attorney General?
Hired this company. They are all about getting paid then they dissapeare. Call haley have to go thru the 3rd degree then she lies. They suck very dishonest company
My Supernova is a "SEO" company that claims they will put you on the first page of google. My experience with this company is nothing but false claims. They never did what they say from begining to end. They are always quick to take your money, but never follow thru. Customer service is junk. They always tell you what you want to hear and never follow thru. From management to customer service reps, service is nothing but lies. They finally claimed they were refunding me and would correct service and give me 90 days service to fix problems. Just lies again. I have never received corrected service or received any refund. They now have my money and no service. Do not use this company. They do not do what they say and meets all criteria for fraud. We work hard for our money and they take it and don't deliver. If business says we will do this for this and does not deliver but continues to take your money after we have stoped services, they claimed they would refund, but have not, this is FRAUD. Do Not Use This Company!
I signed a discount for me to provide service I never got what I was promised they never for filled her in on the deal I called to cancel they gave me the runaround told me I had talk to my account manager my account manager told me I had to talk to a manager you calling the people on the phone till you have to cancel with your account manager didn't run you in a big circle I canceled it a while ago and they are still billing me every month they have no attempt to try to pay me back or refund my money anytime I emailed them they ignore me what a rip off you have been warnedstill waiting for a refund
