Very unprofessional! When calling their 877 number the gentlemen who answered the phone sounded like he was asleep. I finally reached my Rep Haley and informed her that we wanted to cancel the account. We were told in order to cancel you must call. We sent 2 emails requesting a cancellation prior to our phone call. I am the new Marketing Manager, an email was also sent informing MySuperNova that I would be handling this account. Haley refused to work with me and insisted that the original person who set up the account needed to physically speak with her in order to cancel. The owner of the business who took the time to write 2 emails informing them that they wish to cancel was not good enough. I informed her that they were in the field and I am simply trying to complete the task of cancellation. She kept insisting it is her policy to speak with him directly. A business owner should not have to stop making money in order to cancel a service with another business. They employ staff to handle these tasks for them. When I told Haley that the business owner would not be happy doing so and you might upset him which will result in a bad review. She told me "Even Disneyland Has Bad Reviews" and HUNG UP ON ME!

Owners, of MySuperNova if this is how you do business you will not be around very long. As I read the reviews below and saw the one about "stop trashing this business". People do not take the time to write negative things unless warranted. The business owner needs to remove a very bad seed in their company before its too late.
