My Supernova

I went out on a limb and signed up with these guys, and at first, everything seemed good. They made nice promises and were supportive and responsive till about the second time I needed to talk with them. Be prepared to wait to be put on hold fro 5-10 minutes and then once they do pick up and you have talked, they say they'll call back in a week to update you, and 3 weeks later, nothing. So you call back, trying to be patient, and have to wait on hold again, and once they do pick up, "yea, we need one more month. We're right there". Ok. But I still want you to keep me updated. Nothing happens. They build a nice website (via outsourced labor) put you on the front page for the less popular keywords that you weren't really hoping for, and when you've finally had enough of the charade and tell them you want to cancel, they charge your card the next week! Learn how to do it yourself or find a computer savy friend. AVOID!

I see that they have some negative reviews but that was not my experience. Is my phone ringing off the hook? Not really, but I definitely make money every month off their advertisement. I mean this is marketing people! There are no guarantees. My account executive (Jeannie) is always there when I have a question or concern and I have never had any "bait or switch" experiences with them. I rarely if ever write reviews on line, as a business owner I felt like I should give my 2 cents because My Supernova has helped me alot

Customers are stunned with My Supernova’s firmly fixed dedication to every web development service they provide. The websites they built are durable and fade-resistant because of the advertising campaign they use. Their SEO system is second to none, thus, making it the forte of their business. Their customer service assistants are friendly and professional. They don’t bow down to pressure, the pressure bows down to them instead. I’m glad My Supernova is my SEO specialist.

I lost money on my initial deposit and never actually got into any monthly deal with them because they simply could not get anything done technically. The web page they designed was a total joke that I would have been embarrassed to use and there were many other issues. But I have to say they were very good about honoring the deal, which regrettably left me a little in the hole, but not too much. I wouldn't recommend them because they seem to be working by the seat of their pants and making it up as they go along. I'm just glad the whole this is over.

We received a call to our business offering some sort of Google optimization guarantee. I asked for a web address to check them out and it took me to a completely inappropriate website. The guy then respelled the site and same issue. Then, he claimed he couldn't remember website and that I should do a search form them because the website might not be working. Definitely a SCAM! Call came from Auburn, CA, USA, but they could've just been using a routing number.

Unfortunately this is my second review of this company. I stayed with them for 19.99 a month only because I would have been forced to have a new website built and honestly after the exorbitant amount that I had already paid them with no return on my investment I really could not afford it. Not to mention the fact that I have been dealing with cancer tor 29 months and really just did not have the time to change. They led me to believe lies and when the domains that were pointing to my site no longer pointed to the site they built for me on their domain (I have no idea how this works) they would not even talk to me BECAUSE I posted bad reviews. They also stopped hosting my site BECAUSE I would not remove my bad reviews. I cannot say enough except to please be aware of what you are getting into with this company. And that you understand completely.

Even that I changed my debit card with the bank I see that they are keep charging me I don't know 🤷‍ how they do it. No service provided they don answer the phones. I head to closed my entire account

They offered a google listing and after so many calls i finally accepted a trial of one month with no contract then i got a call again and they offered me a deal for three month and after a month i still was not seeing any listing from my company and when i called they said it was waiting a card from google then after two months they edited my listing and the third month they charged my card again without even started my first listings when they clearly told me that there were no contract. Just a chance to try them. Really bad company and scammers.

After months of trying to contact a person with no success I ordered a scooter and it never came and today I received a package that said mystery gidt and it was a set of cheap ear plugs with the same tracking number of the scooter I ordered. It came from someone named JessicaLi from montery park, calif. I really needed this scooter and cannot believe I was sent speakers in stead. Not only did I pay the $400 setup fee they billed me $90 a month for maintenance, where none was done. They promised that I would have a business listing that one could find. After numerous calls for help, they said I needed a webpage for it to work (and they would have loved to charge me for that too, but I had a friend create the website). Their addition of my website as "maintenance", did nothing to improve the situation. I called to cancel the maintenance. It will be interesting if they continue to bill my credit card.
