Mystery Boxes

Ordered box,from mystery gifts plus paid $59 plus shipping, contained cell charge cable, wall plug, cell holder ( the button kind) and a scrub brush for straws total rip off. Could get this stuff at a dollar store. Stay away from ordering these boxes save your money I did not even want to. Give 1 start

I purchased a small size mystery box at $36.86 + an additional transaction fee of about $2.66. The package normally includes 5 random items as stated on their website. Not only I have received 1 item which was a wired earphones priced at 2.5 USD on their own package but on top of that it's defective. When I contacted the seller and explained the situation, they were very flaky, giving me excuses and didn't want to refund my money back nor pay for the return although they are stating if the client is not satisfied, they will issue a full refund with no questions asked (as shown on one of the pictures that I have included).

Extremely disappointed mainly that the ad popped up on the feed of a very reputable social media platform.

Ordered 3 boxes over 2 months ago and never received anything. I emailed them 4 times and also did a live chat and no one's gets back to you. If you don't feel like donating your money to this business I recommend you stay away!

My package took a month and a half to leave Jacksonville fl, to Chicago IL, then to Tallahassee fl, back to Illinois.
No communication at all. Ask twice to cx. Then got the package it had three fake gold mismatch earrings not backs dirty, in a bag marked $1.00
A extremely dirty not sure what it is as far as jewelry goes butterfly. In a bag marked $1.00.
The site clearly states $20 minimum in value... BBB will be getting involved in this scam.

I paid $50 for the Amazon, target, Walmart mystery box. It was crap. The only electronic was a oil diffuser. It had 2 packs of paper, 2 watch bands, 2 dog toys, 4 dog jackets, (different sizes) a paper table cloth, a robe, kids cookie shaper, panty liners.oh and a refrigerator organizer(egg holder and drawers) all crap

I should have known. Never again tho. I bought the $30 box for the first time just to see what I would get. NEVER AGAIN. Fool me once, can't fool me again. A laminated black colored shiney 100 dollar bill (worth nothing), a memory drive, and a cross pendant that look dollar store cheap.

Bought two boxes hoping for the best expecting very little got even less. There was two remote chargers a microphone for what I don't know an MP3 player of those still even relevant. A breathalyzer, and A remote shutter for camera phone and a power USB outlet, I got a total of seven items when I believe they promised at least eight. You know what they remind me of is Midway carnival prizes bright to the eyes but cheap $#*! as ever. Don't waste your money don't waste your money!

I never got my order and customer service won't respond back I've reaching out and nothing don't order from them it's a scam $179 and I got nothing. That's bad business I was getting it for my kids so yes don't order from them. I'm going to the better business to report them and their phone number is disconnected scam scam scam

All the garbage came loosely in the box,once I heard it rattling around in this small box I knew it wasn't going to be good.
I received a useless cell phone case,hexlights,cheapie headphones and this garbage watch which sells for 19.99. Needless to say I got a lesson which I didn't want...
Some people never learn but I am trying...

Save your money! I paid $60 for the mystery box after I read a bunch of, what I can only assume we're fake reviews all claiming they got their money's worth. I got a cheap $38 game. Do not buy from these people.

I tried my luck and ordered 2 mystery boxes off a Face Book add, And all I got was 4 square inch box in a bag with little trinkets, that if I wanted I could of bought at a Dollar store for $3.00. I tried to get my money bac and that was a joke. It would have cost me over $50.00 to send it back to China I opened a case through PayPal and the return shipping address China sent was not a valid address by the time I let PayPal know, My case was closed because of wrong tracking number, and there was nothing I could do about it. So save your self the time and bull and stay away from these adds. If there to good to be true, They most likely are. Nothing but a scam.

I purchased from Mysterybox.com because of TiKTok. I won't waste my money again. I received a box of damaged/crushed junk from Temu and a useless digital padlock. Not worth it.

I brought a super mystery box all i got was a key ring and a packet of cables was no electronic stuff like picture in add i could have brought this is coles for $5 dollars not worth the gamble stay clear

All up including postage $60 US and what did I get, earphones for iPhone that's it. Totally ripped off. Plus don't have iPhone. Wonder what they do with other things that they don't send. Don't use this guy.

I paid £70 for 2 large boxes full of electronics... so the description said along with all the fake reviews and photos.
Only to receive 2 pieces of junk that you could fit in 1 hand and probably worth £8 at the most. Do not be fooled

Without a doubt the worst purchase I have ever made. They sell small, medium and large mystery boxes for $20, $50 and $100 respectively though I suspect the odds or getting any items worth having (if any are to be had at all) are the same regardless of what tier you purchase. I figured the items would at least retail for close to money spent but not by a long shot. I purchased the large box and got a pair of super cheap polycarbonate sunglasses that are so cheap they don't even have a brand name printed on them, not even one you've never heard of, and a fidget spinner. You could purchase these items from any dollar store for under $5! On top of that, they list an email but you can hang up getting a reply. DO NOT PURCHASE from mystery-boxes.com!
