April 2021 I ordered a tent mystery box. I never received an item. Paypal has not helped getting a refund. Out $30.

I ordered a big box on the 12th of the month and after 2 emails and downloading of the shop app and not received a tracking number. On the 26th the shop app said it had been shipped and on the 27th it said it was delivered 7 days ago. Which it never was. STEAR CLEAR!
So I did it. I paid $40 for a mystery box and I get a $12 speaker. Major, major disappointment.
