Ordered a series of 3 "makeup mystery boxes" *Which, first of all... Was wayyyy overpriced, 2nd. NEVER GOT THE PACKAGES, and it's been almost a dam year! *#3 when I contacted "customer service, immediately after purchasing, (because my stupid self, decided to read the reviews, *-->AFTER<--* I had purchased, literally 2 minutes after putting in my debit card info... ‍‍‍ I called to cancel immediately, the lady I spoke to on the phone barely spoke English, but told me there was nothing that could be done, because my order had already been "shipped out" I asked to speak to a supervisor, and they gave me a tracking number. And basically told me all I could do was wait... And tbh we're STILL freaking waiting... It randomly popped into my head one day, about a month or 2 after I ordered, and figured I'd check the tracking number and see where these stupid $#*! packages were at... And to my surprise, they allegedly had gotten shipped to my mailbox about 2 weeks prior to this incident. Which when I saw the date that I supposedly received my order, I called customer service back again, and they told me it was on me that I didn't receive my package, which is complete BS because where I live, our packages don't get delivered to our doorstep, they go in a lockbox next to the rest of the mailboxes. If I would've gotten a package, I most definitely would have known. But unfortunately for me, I didn't ever get one, and now my husband was out over 40$. Needless to say, that was the last time he let me purchase anything online with his card. And basically told me if I wanted to waste money on stupid $#*!, to do so with my own money, so not only did they lie to us, cheat us out of our money, stole money from us, basically robbed us right in front of our faces, but they also were the beginning issue that has led to more and more issues between my husband and myself... So seriously, F*** These People, whoever they are... && I mean this in the most messed up, disrespectful, rude, and bitter way possible!

SERIOUSLY, DO NOT BUY $#*! FROM THESE People, REMEMBER... IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, THEN IT PROBABLY IS.!
