Dog beds
October 21, 2020

I bought one for my girl last year. I'm so impressed with it that I had to buy one for each of my grand dogs. I also told my mom about them and she bought one for her boy.( we treat our dogs like our kids) very nice products! The best dog bed in my opinion! Thank You for your great product!

They do not give you your full refund.
The ads they say and the promos on TV are very misleading they leave you on a trail of phone calls from one person to the next.
I am also writing to the better business bureau and making a complaint.
I will never trust my pillow, so please do not fall into their scam!

Dishonest company!

I ordered size 12 slippers ( I wear 11.5 but they don't offer 11.5). 12 was too big so I asked for an exchange to size 11. The product was new, never used but they refused to exchange. This is not stated in their TV ads and no wear was I told that I could not exchange. I've written and called them, now they will not discuss with me. Mike, you are a disgrace to the Christian community acting like you run a legit business. I'll never buy from you again and will pass along my treatment to everyone that will listen.

The Worst
January 20, 2021

My wife and I purchased a pair of my pillows and quite frankly I think it would have been money better spent to just flush it down the toilet. I hope no one gets sucked in by Mike to buy his products just put your money back in your pocket.
Never again will I make that mistake!

My Pillow Company has been taken out of retail stores. We order pillows to help support My Pillow Company. I guess the company is to big to care about there customers. I waited on hold for over 2 hours total to speak to someone and the customer service representative tried arguing with me. What Karen should of done was see what was going on with our order. They take 3 weeks to delivered your pillows. You may not want to order from here.The service is terrible. I will not order from them again. There are other great companies that will be glad to have customers. They should retrain there customer service representatives.

Wonderful pillow!

Last year I purchased a MyPillow pillow. It is very comfortable and surprisingly lightweight. I began using it for my arthritic knees when knee injections stopped working for my pain. I previously used another competitor's knee (wedge type) pillow for comfort and it was a joke! The MyPillow adds just enough firmness to hold its shape, but is soft enough to cushion my aching knees. It's just a tad bulky for the purpose I'm using it for but that's a relatively small price to pay for a great night's sleep.

My item was to arrive by Christmas. It took 3 weeks to ship 1 pillow and never made it. Customer service was rude and would not apologize for the delay of shipment. Despite using the by Christmas option, they decided to send it out 3 days before Christmas. It will be 2022 before I ever receive it.

Best Pillow I Ever Had

I bought the premium queen My Pillow in a medium filling about 7 or 8 years ago and this pillow is as comfortable now as when it was brand new. I used to use a memory foam pillow but still woke up with either a headache or neck pain. I am a side sleeper but with My Pillow it gives me perfect support and DOES NOT collapse during the night even now years later. I have washed and dried it and it still holds it shape. When I first opened the package I was a little sceptical about the filling because it feels like it is stuffed with foam chunks but I noticed the best sleep I ever had the very first night. Don't know exactly how the filling works but it does. I am so glad I purchased this pillow and will buy another if this one ever wears out. Curious now to buy the sheets.

My husband ordered a pair of My Slippers from MyPillow. Unfortunately, they are too big and I am trying to return them. There is not even a mention about how to return items when I log into our MyPillow account. I checked the packing slip to learn that I must call customer service to get an RMA before returning the slippers. The automated message I received said to anticipate a hold time of 1 hour and 40 minutes. As of now, I have been on hold for 2 hours and 1 minute, all the while listening to the Elvis version of "Amazing Grace." Amazing Grace is a fine hymn. Listening to it on a repeating loop for over 2 hours, however, is maddening. Spare yourself the grief and don't order from MyPillow if there is any chance you'll need to return it. Worst customer service I've EVER experienced.

Extremely lumpy! Extremely disappointed. When I called to return the pillow after they guarantee the best night of your sleep. This feels like a low quality cheap pillow!
They charge $10 shipping to return! They do not back their product

The Mypillow products are pillows and sheets. Nice enough but not better than any other vendor. Problem I have with MyPillow is that the money earned is going to support the installation of a dictator in america against the vote of over 80 million voters. This is a Hitler play and no way I can support such a company.

My Pillow is HORRIBLE!

Do not buy a my pillow! They are horrible pillows and customer service is even worse! I have been on hold for an hour and 40 minutes and I'm not getting an email response as well. The chat is off-line. You need a code to return or they will reject the return. I am unable to get the code because no one will respond! This is a scam!

I talked my elderly father into buying a pair of slippers online. They were a little tight. He wanted to exchange them and bigger size was not in stock. They told him if he returned them they would only reimburse the cost of the slippers only. To return the sleeper, he was charged an additional $9.98 "processing fee" and he had to pay for return shipping. So, it cost him more than $27.00 to try on the slippers. On a fixed income, $27.00 is a lot of money. I would never purchase anything from My Pillow ever again. They could have done the right thing. If they had the bigger size, it would have been better - Who knows, maybe they would have charged $9.98 to send him the replacement pair PLUS pay for shipping again. The whole experience was bad.

Lumpy pillow

I recently stayed at a lovely Airbnb and found the pillows very lumpy and difficult to sleep on. They are full and don't conform to my neck and head. After a couple of nights just pushing them aside and using a decorative pillow I looked more closely and found they are my pillow brand. Lol. I cannot imagine paying for these. Not going back to that place again.

Lumpy uncomfortable

I bought into the "best pillow you will ever own" hype. Honestly it is the worst pillow ever. It is just cut up foam segments that make the pillow very lumpy. My neck hurts frequently and I have to re arrange the foam during my sleep. Not happy with purchase

Best pillow ever

I've had lots of neck pain for years trying to sleep on so many different pillows that were suppose to help. My Pillow is the best thing I have found, neck pain gone, sleepless nights gone. I feel so much better now when I get out of bed.

I thought maybe I didn't know how to sleep on it, until I read other reviews. These pillows are awful. My neck hurts and I wake up with terrible headaches. I trusted the guy and bought 2 of them. It's just the cost of education, I guess. Sad.

Amazing pillow, dont believe the neg reviews

After ordering my pillow, I read reviews. I was worried. They were kinda 50/50. When my pillow arrived it was rolled up, when I unrolled it, it was so thin. I was thinking, oh no... Ill never be able to sleep on this! Then read the instructions to put in dryer on high heat for 15 minutes. I did and it really fluffed it up, but it was still lumpy. Read more reviews to see if this was normal. It was, and its so you can adjust your pillow throughout the night. Im used to waking up a lot during the night with horrible neck pain and head ache. The first morning after sleeping on My Pillow I realized I slept through the night and I felt AMAZING! No neck or head pain. Now its been almost a week and its by far the best pillow Ive ever owned. I love it. Want to get more. It even came with a book!

Bought two king pillows at Costco. Took them home and followed instruction for first use. These are the worst and most uncomfortable pillows I have ever owned. They don't stay fluffy and they keep going flat during the night. Thank goodness I bought them at Costco because they took them back with no hassles. Very misleading advertising that borders on illegal.
