American Quality

I have ordered pillows, sheets, towels from this company. Each of the items were ordered at separate times. Each of the products are just as described. They all are made with quality material. They were All delivered on time and in good condition. They all wash well and come with a good warranty. If there is a problem they will work with you. Eg. They want you to have a good fit on your pillow and will work with you till you get the right pillow for your sleep style. The price is reasonable for decent quality items. My experience with this company has been very positive.

Horrible pillow! Tried to explain to a customer service rep that my new king pillow would wrap around my head like earmuffs and cause headaches but all I got was snobby back talk! Never again! Don't waste your money on this garbage.

I don't know where to begin. I incurred nearly irreparable damage to my neck using this travesty called a pillow. DO NOT waste your money on this over-priced piece of garbage. It's quite clear that Lindel is suffering from some deep-seated psychosis to promote such a useless product. I hope he gets sued for his $350 million profit.

But it's close. It's lumpy and needs to be beaten back into shape 2 or 3 times every night. My wife is so fed up with hers that she only uses it under her legs. She bought 2 of them at Bed Bath & Beyond because they were on sale really cheap. They weren't worth it even then. Junk!

Gave me such a neck issue like sleeping on small pebbles and rocks, worse concept everI have arthritis in my neck this pillow made my head stand up in bed,, brought it back immediately! Don't buy any of these products. Poor quality and hype sales,,,

Only one question. If Mike Lindell is such an American then why do they get their cotton from Africa? Isn't there enough cotton grown in the United States? Hmm and you call yourself an American? I'm a little confused on the message you're trying to convey.

MyPillow shorted my refund for their sheets and pillowcases by $26. The reason for return was excessive shrinkage. After a painful wait of 30+ minutes on hold, I was told only $9 would be deducted from my refund to pay for return shipping via pre-paid FedEx label. I was okay with that but for some reason MyPillow shorted me $26.
"60-day money back guarantee" is emblazoned on their website. Nowhere, anywhere does it indicate a restocking fee or any sort. Contacting them is painful. Long, long wait times on the phone hearing a loop of Elvis singing Amazing Grace at both high volume and poor recording. E-mail goes unanswered. Good luck.

Gone down hill over time

Bought our first My Pillows 10 years ago and loved them. I had the "regular" type and now need a "firm" pillow so ordered the same one my husband has. It is nothing like his nor the one I already have. It has much less foam and felt lumpy. I am returning it. They put bible quotes on everything. Too bad they don't walk their talk.

I really wanted to support Mike Lindell, especially because he made such a statement about "Made in America". I got the slippers and they were indeed the most comfortable slippers I'd ever owned. Unfortunately, the sole is so poorly manufactured that it split right at the sewn seam within about 8 weeks of wear. The customer service was difficult to reach (45 min on hold music only to have the line simply hang up without an answer) but once I got on with them, they were great and promptly replaced the slippers. But the sole on the new pair split, too, this time in just 2 weeks, and green, gooey, gel leaked out all over the floor. Of course, they won't give a refund now, and they are out of stock for replacements, so I am now on a waitlist for a pair of replacement slippers that may never come but that will almost certainly fail shortly after they arrive. Very disappointing experience, poor customer service, poor quality product. Definitely the last thing I will by from Mike Lindell.

Pillows are crap - underfilled with cheap foam chunks/shreds. Provides no support, uncomfortable, smells bad, cheaply made. Called customer support for refund - very unpleasant experience. They wanted an insane amount for return shipping and, from the discussion, I had no confidence that I'd actually receive a refund. I threw the pillows away.

Check out some reputable product review sites - mostly one star products (pillows, sheets, towels, slippers) reviews with complaints about nonexistent or horrible customer service. The five star reviews are clearly fake.

Almost like fraud

They will send you emails about Buy one get one free deals with promo code. Then they don't make it easy to find a good code. Even during checkout red lettering telling you how much you can save if you had a code. I follow the link from my email telling me about the BOGO deal and no promo code. So I emailed them and they said a code is required to get the deal and would not help me find the codes on their website. I do understand why people will do business with them.

Very poor service

Ordered slippers size 111 1/2 got 11 tried to get info on returning and put on hold for over an hour each time then cut off. After 5 times I tried e mailing No response tried online chat no one there I'm on hold now for the 6 th time it's been over an hour no response. Pillows we bought are a worthless our guest won't even use them The slippers were not only too small it felt like my ankles we going to turn over. Support is very poor. I wanted to help this guy out because he was going to get a complaint to the surprem court but nothing is happening I'm done with jerk!

Received a 2.0 pillow as gag gift. I was making fun of the MyPilliw ads to a friend, said I don't buy from places that annoy me. She bought me one for my birthday. Somehow that's funny. Anyway, the fill looks like shredded scrap foam. And I don't think there's enough of it. Nothing about it feels worth half the asking price. Hard pass.

These are the most uncomfortable pillows I've ever owned. Sure, they might feel great after you plump them up—for about 15 minutes. Then they go right back to lumpy pieces of crap. I've had some of the worst neck pain of my life after using these. I just bought a Nectar foam pillow: it's heaven in pillow form! MyPillows are garbage. And that's where mine are now.

Worst sheets ever created

Just purchased MyPillow Giza Dreamsheets (HA!) They come totally crinkled and wrinkled, which I expected...washed them and folded straight out of dryer. They are permanently wrinkled. Fabric manufacturers came out with Permanent Press in the early 1960's and MyPillow has never heard of this? I haven't had to iron pillowcases since the 1950's! Now in the 21st century we pay almost $100 (on sale) for sheets you have to iron? This man is a fraud and con man! What makes it especially galling, is he claims to be a Christian, with his Cross hanging out of his shirt and Jesus on the wall behind him in his ad. My attached photo shows my freshly washed MyPillow pillowcase on the right in lavender(supposed to be gray) next to the pillowcase, on the left in black, that I bought in 1994 at WalMart...reach your own conclusions. But, be warned...do not buy any of these overpriced, cheaply made "products" from this phony hyprocritical rip off

Complete Garbage!

First this pillow is way over priced for the quality! Second the pillow is very lumpy and it doesn't hold its shape very long so you find yourself adjusting it all night. I finally put mine on a decorative pillow sham and I even took it out because the lumps shown through the material. I am finally throwing this junk in the garbage. Plus the guy that represents My Pillow is a very dishonest guy! Beware don't buy this junk!

My pillow

I hate the pillow the first time I tried it. Slept better with my old one. It never held it shape, way to soft, felt like I was sleeping on the mattress. Would have help if they asked how firm i like my pillow to be. When I wanted to return it, within 90 days they charge me a restocking fee, and didn't give me a full refund, funny they never mention in the commercial.

Garbage product sold by a garbage human being. This clown not only lies about the quality of his product. When asked why their website doesn't post a full list of good, bad or ugly reviews. Their excuse for only showing "Good" ones was, "Why would we do that". So there you go. They lie, the product is garbage and you are supporting a scam artist getting rich. Your call, but I'd buy a gunny sack full of hay before buying their garbage.

Pure genius

Mr. Lindell deserves a place in the inventors hall of fame, or some kind of hall of fame. I bought two of his pillows for the low, low price of $100 (I got $18 back when the lawsuit was settled). After trying them, I realized I'd be happy to pay half that, or even less. I marvel at this man's genius for having figured out how to put shredded polyurethane open cell foam into a rectangular cloth bag, and convincing people such as myself that it is a miracle cure for sleepless nights, and to paying 10 times more for them than they are worth. Each night, as I place my head on Mr. Lindell's miracle invention, I tip my hat to him, and his genius. P. T. Barnum would be proud. Me, I just kick my $#*! and vow "never again".

Misrepresentation

Misrepresented the size ordered. Was told I would have to pay to return. My order clearly showed 'queen', was shipped single. Simply asked for a adjustment in pricing... refused. Also, they can keep their free gift... A political advertisement of 'podcast', just what I needed to get a good night's sleep.NOT! Would not reccomend!
