Second time I ordered from this company. Payment was sent and order confirmed. I did not receive any shipping confirmations for two weeks. Tried contacting the company via email and phone but no one got back to me and there was only a phone recording.

I raised the issue to PayPal and made a claim. I also requested a refund as I no longer wanted their products.

Their main company, The Blueberry Corporation, finally responsded and provided a tracking number for a shipment instead of refunding me.

After a few days the tracking states that USPS is still waiting to receive the item to be shipped. Again, I contacted PayPal and escalated my claim. They finally ship the item and I received it. Unfortunately, I had to close the case and deal with items I did not want.

I would not recommend purchasing from this company. They are unprofessional and do not care about their customers.

It took me going through PayPal to get any response from them. Very disappointed.

Also, a sample vial was only half full. Will never order from this company again.

I was duped by a young lady on facebook who told me she was in a modeling contest and to get a voter ID number to go to this website and register and that I would receive a voter ID number. I registered and gave my credit card number and was assured by Rosa Mirana that I wouldn't be charged a dime. This website then immediately withdrew $39.00 out of my checking account and I hadn't ordered a thing. Now I have to file a fraud report to reclaim my money. The phone number given to this business is answered by voice mail and another number has been disconnected. This site is a scam in my opinion,

I used this website quite a few times, was good for trying some samples before you actually by the whole bottle that could be costly and you may not like it that much after all, but in one occasion the order took a while and after complaining I was given 15% discount for the next purchase and I though it was a good customer service.
So I went back for more samples and bough this time aventus by creed, black orchid by Tom ford and a few other samples, happily used my 15 % discount but quesd what, I never got the expensive samples, aventus by creed and Tom Ford was missing from the order and I expended $30 bucks, I never got an explanation, I tried to contact them and no soul came back to me, I was ignored, they have a customer service phone that is useless because all it is a recording, tried to contact them via messenger and they never answered, so expend your money somewhere else and don't be fooled by this website.

I placed an order for samples of 6 different perfumes Feb 2nd, 2019. I received an email with the text below:
"An item in your order is temporarily out of stock. We will ship your order on or before February 20,2019. If you would like to change or cancel the item please contact customer service as soon as possible at ****@myperfumesamples.com or respond to this support ticket."
I responded to that email on 3 separate occasions, one of them was asking about what sample exactly that's out of stock, no reply. Then they sent me 3 of the samples I ordered and marked the order as "complete" on their website. One of the vials wasn't even titled. On the packing list I received with the 3 samples, they hand-marked the ones that weren't delivered with that order and wrote that they'd be shipped separately, to this day, I have yet to receive those remaining samples.
Since they weren't responding to my replies, I went to their website and contacted their customer service from there, they replied:
"Sorry for the inconvenience and I have checked on your order and we have a a new vendor and it has been taking longer than normal for some of the stock to get refilled. I see your missing items will be in by Monday and will be shipped asap after that. Again we apologize for the wait and appreciate your patience."

This was Feb 21st, 2019. I replied that I want what I paid for the remaining samples refunded and they didn't reply. Mar 2nd, I sent another message through their website and they have never responded.
Although I lost the money I paid for those 3 samples, I'm so glad I didn't order and pay more. What a huge scam!
