I placed an order for samples of 6 different perfumes Feb 2nd, 2019. I received an email with the text below:
"An item in your order is temporarily out of stock. We will ship your order on or before February 20, 2019. If you would like to change or cancel the item please contact customer service as soon as possible at ****@myperfumesamples.com or respond to this support ticket."
I responded to that email on 3 separate occasions, one of them was asking about what sample exactly that's out of stock, no reply. Then they sent me 3 of the samples I ordered and marked the order as "complete" on their website. One of the vials wasn't even titled. On the packing list I received with the 3 samples, they hand-marked the ones that weren't delivered with that order and wrote that they'd be shipped separately, to this day, I have yet to receive those remaining samples.
Since they weren't responding to my replies, I went to their website and contacted their customer service from there, they replied:
"Sorry for the inconvenience and I have checked on your order and we have a a new vendor and it has been taking longer than normal for some of the stock to get refilled. I see your missing items will be in by Monday and will be shipped asap after that. Again we apologize for the wait and appreciate your patience."
This was Feb 21st, 2019. I replied that I want what I paid for the remaining samples refunded and they didn't reply. Mar 2nd, I sent another message through their website and they have never responded.
Although I lost the money I paid for those 3 samples, I'm so glad I didn't order and pay more. What a huge scam!
