Is this the only place to buy MyPerfumeSamples products or are there online stores that are cheaper?

My order#100180033 and did not receive Mon Guerlain. Have sent customer service requests and have not received it yet. Am I going to get it or refund

Good luck to you, they never sent couple of my samples, never came back to me, and never got any refund.

1. How long have you been in business? 2. Do you water the perfumes down with alcohol? 3. Where are you based out of? Where are the samples mailed from? 4. I would like to know more about your company, not what you do but who you are etc. I think it would make me feel better if I knew a little more about your company. Thanks!
