For the love of God or whoever you believe in don't let them write your paper! They do the absolute least amount of work, they DO NOT follow directions and bull$#*! their way through it and even worse when you complain about it and ask for a refund they dont even bother to reply! DO NOT! And i repeat DO NOT work with them!

I was a long time loyal customer of myperfectwrds.com, spending over $2000 on work to be completed by their writers. Although some assignments were completed up to standard, but back in January I had placed a $300 order for the completion of an online math course... As the course was going on i was constant contact with numerous employees of their support department about how the writer was not completing the work within the deadline, missing assignments all together (which i would scramble to answer before the deadline), poor scores on test/ quizzes... While this course was going on i was told by their employees "do not worry we will handle this" and that i would be compensated for the work not done and which i had to complete myself. It has now been almost 2 months since this has occurred, and i have been in contact the support department at least once a week since with the workers sticking to their SCAM SCRIPT all saying " please give us time to look into it" or " we need to get in contact with someone please give us time" I have now explained my side of the story to 5 employees who have never gotten back to me with an answer... The support department will push you to the side and try to shut you up so they do not have to deal with you and can pass you on to the next support worker. I have spoken to 3 support workers (two in which i had already spoken to) within the past 24 hours and have not received an answer even though i was promised a response within 2 hours... Instead the worker will leave for the day and you will be passed onto the next worker that will NOT resolve your issue. TERRIBLY RUN BUSINESS.

I made an online order and they called me after that the writer needs more time so I gave them more time. Then, because I still did not receive the essay even though the time was getting close to the deadline, I called them and they said that the writer needs more time. The essay eventually came but very late from the deadline. I asked for a partial refund because they exceeded the deadline by so much. However, they keep saying refund is not applicable.
