A writer sent in a paper with no quotes, didn't capitalize a single name or title of a work, wrote in first person, had incorrect citations, and was overall the worse I have seen in my life. No refund though. A person from "quality assurance team" texted me from the same number I was texting all day asking for updates. They are bull$#*!. It's a hit or a miss and this miss was big.

I requested a two page paper with written instructions. I have now requested a second revision because the instructions weren't followed at all. How do you write a paper that has nothing to do with the assignment? The final product they sent isn't written on a collegiate level. Punctuation, grammar, and wrong publisher of book that was cited are just a few of the errors. I was told since I received a "final product" before the deadline that no refund would be given. The final product is garbage and there is no way I could submit it to my college level English class. Don't waste your money or time with these people.
