Yesterday and today I spent a lot of time using thieir website to build a resume... and when I went online today to finish it, my account did not show any resume work in progress. I was just thinking with great dismay that all was lost and I had to start over. First I got connected with Victor at customer service, and through calm questioning, and a lot of patience, he showed me how I not only had created 2 different accounts, one of them had a misspelled email address. He found my resume and helped me to keep only one corrected account open. He even gave some formatting and editing advice. The resume builder works ok, but don't expect it to work exactly like MSWord. If you are getting bogged down, don't waste time trying to figure it out yourself... customer service is there to back you up. Thanks, Voctor!

THIS IS A SCAM!

I used it one time I was charged 2.62 witch was fine the next day I was charged 1.35 so I unsubscribe, 12 days later they took $49.97 wtf. For what? I did my own resume I filled it out & used my own words so I have no idea why they keep taking money from my visa. DO NOT USE THIS site u will keep paying every month.

I fing My Perfect Resume to be difficult to finalize-spacing, especially. I called and got Yaritza, who was invaluable, as I was meeting a deadline. Without her help, I would have gone empty handed to an interview. Again, editing a final resume is terrible, without personal help.

Every option made easy. Good price and easy to unsubscribe. I appreciate the costumer service being so direct. Price options and asked for honest input! So many formats and templates. As well as matching cover letters. Used it to make clients resumes as well as update mine.

The resume was fine wasn't fantastic but it was fine. But I signed up for a two week subscription, but after two weeks I was charged with out knowing. Don't join this company in their intentional deceit of their customers. Very upset

Pushy customer service

I called saying I wanted to cancel my membership and he made it this whole hassle of me trying to communicate to him that I didn't want to take the discounted rate, I just wanted to cancel it completely. I wish there was a way to remove my credit card information from this website because I've gotten so many emails from MyPerfectResume during the course of that phone call, I'm still not sure if he got the message and is going to charge me!

During the phone call where I tried to cancel my membership, the customer service rep. Only partially refunded my original $23.95 payment, and then tried setting me up for a discounted $4.95 membership that I didn't want!

The man I spoke to on the phone about canceling my account was friendly, gave me a killer deal as an option of not cancelling. Then when I declined, he was completely understandable, and at the end of it wished me an "amazing day!" Which I thought was really nice of him. I hadn't had a customer service representative be as kind and upbeat as he was in a long time.

I didn't understand why the resume review kept telling me to use bullet points when I did use bullet points
Also I am trying to create a cover letter and have had a spinning circle for 15 minutes and have no idea how long it takes or if it is "stuck"

Complete scam. Stay away. Good luck getting refunded for the charge you weren't told about. They will literally run you in circles for months. Horrible horrible horrible company that provides templates that you can download for free anywhere else.

They offered $1.95 for 14 days service. I just needed to create one resume and needed a template for no job experience. I was then charged $24.95 after that 14 days. They won't refund the money they will only cancel the service. No Refund of any sort even a prorated one. Don't use!

Great service in creating an updated resume. However, when trying to cancel my subscription before the deadline, I e-mailed them but never heard back. I ended up having to call on the 14th day. Initially the representative was pleasant and accommodating. After explaining several times that I just need to update my resume, wasn't looking for a job, that I never said I couldn't afford it, and being pushed with several 'reduced' pricing plans (even the employee discount), I hopefully got it cancelled. What part of the previous makes it so hard to just simply cancel? Great for building a resume but they need to work on accepting 'I want to cancel.'

Your advertising is deceiving

Your advertising is deceiving. It said free resumes which is not correct. Technically yes you can fill it out but ypu have to pay to get it and nothing said that until yu spend all that time filling it out. Then you find out start over or pay. You got me this time.
