I have such great experience, fast and reliable. This helped me to write complete sentences in which I have difficulty being a non-English speaker. This is what I was looking for. To learn and TO WRITE a resume, it's not just a step-by-step description in how to write a resume. I really enjoyed it. I definitely recommend it.

I did my resume and had to pay $2.70 i let it pass and paid as i didnt want to make a fuss writing again. After a month and four days they took $47 plus transaction fee of$1.50
They are unbelievably cunning and scamming... Run away from them dont even use this site. I hope they close

A great and simple way to build a resume

A great and simple way to build a resume. Didn't like the fact that I chose the site because it said "free resume templates". I am seeking resume templates for my students to use as they create their resumes for their portfolios. I am not going to pay out money for over 100 students to use this site to develop their resumes.

I was at a loss for words for a cover letter and my Perfect Resume put it all together very nicely. It would've been nice for some suggestions for what to add to the fill in spots but overall it was better than what I could've put together myself. It was also very nice being able to pick the style and how I wanted it to sound.

It would be nice if not all information related to Records Specialists is medical. It would also be helpful to know the costs up front before taking the time to put it together. Otherwise, it's a nice site.

This was marketed as a free service, and after more than an hour of work creating a resume, I discovered that it wasn't free after all, but of course, I didn't want to lose all that work. Have some integrity - just be upfront about costs.

Building the resume was great
May 19, 2020

Building the resume was great. Not knowing there was a charge until the end before you could even print anything and then be locked out of going back to the resume is sleazy business practice. Then to find out if I don't cancel within 14 days then is an additional $24.99 charge each month thereafter is criminal. Imwill be canceling as soon as I am sure my resume went to it's destination.

I called with a technical question and a gentleman named Luis Rivera helped me. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions and gave me instruction on how to fix my resume. He solved my problem in about 5 minutes. He also gave me tips on how to change and complete my resume. Great customer service!!!!

Surprise charges
July 20, 2017

I knew that I was about to be charged for the resume and cover letter that I created, but the monthly charge completely took me by surprise. I have to call to have them give me a partial refund. The help on the resume was overshadowed by the hidden charges.

Just okay

The resume builder was fine and the customer service was great, but I didn't get any emails about the reoccurring charges for the subscription fee. If I had, I would have cancelled sooner. I don't appreciate companies that take advantage of people.

Deceptive practises
August 14, 2015

Make sure you cancel as soon as you finish the resume or you will get smacked a hefty fee and you won't see it until you get your credit card bill. They sure won't notify you to make sure you are aware of the charge. They will not answer the online chat. Is not a user friendly site.

I just had the best experience I have had with a customer service agent, (Ali Roman).
His assistance and professionalism along with his knowledge of the product was EXCELLENT!
He walked me through things and took the time to make sure I was thoroughly satisfied with the finished product and then assisted me through the sign up process. SCAMMERS!

These people are big time scammers! I payed the original 2.95 and was ok with that. Afther that I emailed and attempted to cancel. I was informed they cant locate my account which is weird because I was billed. They then informed me they located an account with an alternative email registered in 2013. So I said fine, cancel that account. They gave me instructions how to cancel in settings. This did not work. I even sent a screenshot showing that I do not get the option to cancel only to upgrade. Now today I was billed $25.10. Their number is disconnected. I was also informed I have a basic account so I won't be charged. I want a full refund! You are scammers!

The youtube video I found this under said that it was a free template. Nowhere before completion did it mention once that I would have to pay, let alone it would be a subscription I would have to cancel. The template and the system where amazing. However it was misleading.
