My Perfect resume was a life saver. The entire process was quick and painless!
I called a number I had found on their site. David picked up the phone and asked if I could obtain a copy of the resume? I had already built the resume from their site about 5 months ago, the downloaded copy was in "pdf" and "word" just in case. When I opened the file in word program letters did not appear to have to proper format as the original one did. I told him, That I tried it on my mac and same issue but worse. I had asked my mother if could use her new mac and pc to see if it would open up properly in word and pdf format. I went and got new office word program to see if it would work and did nothing same issue, I this explained to David. First thing David to do is try to get me to buy another subscription, after explaining to him I felt like a got duped with a time bomb that alter its function or format or algorithmic program. After some time going back and forth he tried to reach his manager. He told me its ok with his manager to give me a pdf format but after I subscribe the entire time trying to get me to buy after he said it was for free. I told him I would be putting up a review and multiple platforms and said to wait that he would talk to the manager again and see if he could give me a one time college discount which was 2.99 I told him, if i have an original that isn't working when I downloaded a perfectly good copy that should work perfectly fine their is absolutely no reason why I should pay penny. He said he would send me a copy through my email to hold on at that time. I was at 22 minute line mark which shouldve only been like 5 minute.
I NEVER GOT THE COPY HE SAID HE WOULD GET ME. AND LIED ABOUT COPY. THIS COMPANY HAS NO INTEGRITY

Do NOT USE THIS WEBSITE TO BUILT YOUR RESUME, After i paid for the finalized resume, i thought they will not charge me again, and i got no notification about the monthly subscription, after 3 month, they started to charge me 24$, and i called them, took them 15 mins to answer the phone, and after they answer the phone they keep giving you different offers, I literally had to yelled and beg them to cancel the subscription. If they are an honest company they would not use such low strategy to keep their customers. If they are honest company, they would let you cancel the subscription ONLINE AT ANY TIME! Clearly they are bunch thief trying to get your hard earned money.

Answer: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am a very organized person who worked for the state that I reside in as an investigator. I had an injury and had to make a change in my career. I am very careful about getting pulled into scams, however, I felt that this would be a good opportunity to build a resume and cover letter that was more updated than when my original resume that I wrote years ago. First of all, the templates are not free. After spending a long period of time writing the perfect resume, I only had the option of spending $2.99 to have access to the resume/cover letter. I felt that was a reasonable fee for the use of the template. As I stated, I am very organized and manage my finances very well. I made sure that I went into my account and cancelled by subscription after 5 days of use so that I would not be charged the $29.99 for the month. Today, I checked my checking account and sure enough the $29.99 had been deducted. I immediately called customer service and they stated that my cancellation had not gone through and they had no notification of my cancellation. They were willing to give me back only $14.00 of my $29.99 back and then went on trying to sell me more offers. I was extremely angry and then spoke with a supervisor. He also argued that I had not cancelled. I went through the same steps to cancel my account while the supervisor was on the phone with me. Low and behold the cancellation went through! Obviously, this company has set up the cancellation process to fail and you will be charged the $29.00 anyway. I definitely learned my lesson! I had to threaten to have my attorney to get involved due to this company stealing money from my account before they agreed to reimburse my full $29.00. They could not give me a refund confirmation number for the remaining reimbursement. I as a Social Worker who advocate for people could not conscientiously could not write a review to warn people of this scam.
