The main purchases didn't arrive! $140 names necklace gold vermeil! Where's my order? No customer service number to call! Very frustrated and disappointed! They still need 24 hours to reply to your email! Which asked for uploading a picture! And it won't work because any picture is large! How can I get you a picture of the missing item?!

My necklace broke several times as it's a very thin cheap material. They replaced the cheap chain only once! When I contacted them about my chain breaking, they didn't care. They sent me a coupon which really was no savings at all. I took the cheap chain to my jeweler and he said this is cheap material. Not worth fixing. He advised me to never buy from Myka again. Don't buy their cheap jewelry.

Ordered a personalized name necklace - said it would arrive dec 5th. On the 26th it said it was in NY and would be sent to UPS - UPS is still waiting for a package? I was so excited and I wish i would've seen these reviews first because this is bs! There is no package to be found - i have emailed 6-7 times and filled out the contact info (the first time they responded was in french and said to reply back if needed - i did - and they never answered) i just want a refund

Say you can return items but when you try to they just ignore you. No info on website where to send anything you want to return. This company is a joke!

Purchased a gold name necklace. The chain I received is extra thin and flimsy. Definitely will not survive normal wear and tear before breaking. Also arrived late when it was expected to arrive before Xmas.

I ordered a personalized photo necklace August 8th, 2017 and was getting very worried when I hadn't received it September 24. I was in contact with the company with my concerns and they told me just to wait a bit longer. I received the necklace today on Monday, September 25 and I am more than happy with the product. I realize now why it took so long. It came all the way from Israel. I will definitely deal with this company again.

I ordered this for my mother for Christmas, hoping it would be something sentimental since it's for Christmas. First I'm notified that my package has been delayed, so I'm like okay whatever. But then I go to track my order and it says that the order does not exist, when I simply copied and pasted the order number into the order tracking. I should've read all of the reviews before purchasing from this place, now I'm down $200.

I ordered a silver necklace with 4 names engrave on it to offer and I literally loved the result.
The names were subtle which is good because I didn't want something too catchy and tha quality was very nice.
Tha only thing was the delivery time which was long but I was alredy aware of the time it would take when I ordered it as I was given a date and it even came 2 days before the date they gave me.
I am genuialy satisfied!

Tip for consumers:
I saw so many people being disappointed by them and I made an order for christmas oversea and everything was very smooth, it took a while to come but again the brand already gave me a date given a good 2 weeks to arrive and it was just fine.

I ordered a personalized engraving bracelet for my boyfriend and YOU CHANGED MY SHIPPING ADDRESS. YOU! On my Confirmation Address I have the one I originally put down and on my shipping confirmation email YOU CHANGED MY SHIPPING ADDRESS, so my bracelet was returned and I sent an email asking if you could fix the address so you could send it back since it's for a Christmas present. It is not CHEAP, I paid more than $100. If I'm not going to get my purchase then give me my money back. Very bad.

Got the present from my husband on Mother's Day and I feel so sorry for him from buying this kind-of-called "gold diamond pendant"

I know after writing review useless company will say useless apology! I ordered a watch a few days after Thanksgiving and I still have not recieved my package or an email letting me know where it is the tracking is bull$#*! and the page is all $#*!ed up when u go to track something this seems like a scam to me and I'm $#*!ing pissed this was supposed to be an anniversary gift to my boyfriend and now its well passed our anniversary

Received a broken 10ct gold chain with pendant, followed protocols to send back for repair or replacement at own cost only to be told they never got it & it's not their problem... it was a $350-$400 gift which has never been worn.

I ordered a necklace on 30/7 and I should have received it by 14/8. The shipping information says the item has been on The same location since 7/8, so that's 17 days by now. Everyday it updates to a new date and time with the same location listed.
The final courier doesn't know of it's existence. Noone has been able to even verify the existence of the package. I bought a golden necklace with inscription as a wedding anniversary gift.

I ordered a Mother's Day present for my daughter-in-law and when I tracked it it said delivery 5/18 which would be more than a month from when I ordered it when I asked when I am going to receive it they told me it was out of stock
Why didn't they tell me that before since website said it had been created and when I tried to reorder item it did not say it was out of stock
So now I have no gift and they didn't have courtesy to tell me they had no intention of shipping it
I will never order from this company again
I asked them to call me but they didn't
I have bought items in past
They are grossly overpriced and dint care about their loyal customers
Many other places to shop that are less expensive

I ordered a wallet for my husband for fathers day and after a month and a half finally got it in. I was so excited about opening it... until I seen the finished product. It was suppose to have a picture of my kids on it but the picture was so small and displaced on it that my daughter looks like her teeth are blacked out. Nothing like the advertisement looked. It looked great. I reached out hoping someone from the company could help me but get a automatic response first... send another email and get a response from irene who has no customer service skills whatsoever. She blamed me and said shes sorry for any disappointment I may have caused. You can't be serious that I'm getting blamed because of your horrible product. Such a rude person and I won't order from here again. I hope people see through this so called 5 star rating you have. Learn how to treat people if you want to run a "business"

I purchased a necklace with a charm engraved with my kids and grandbabies name. I notice the chain was tarneshing so I tried cleaning it nothing. I than contacted MYKA they acknowledge my email and offered to replace my purchase or provide 30% off my next purchase. I declined both, and requested a full refund they denied my request. So I ask for a replacement. Now waiting to hear back. I will never use them again and don't recommend them.

I ordered a necklace on 5/8 and paid expedited shipping to receive it by 5/22. The shipping information says the item has been I. The same location since 6/19. Everyday it updates to a new date and time with the same location listed. I contacted customer service several times and they keep telling me the item is on its way. I've even been told twice I would receive it in 3 days. Well, it's 6/4 and still no necklace. Myka has not been helpful at all. It feels like a scam especially because I can't speak to anyone over the phone and they take 24-48 hrs to respond.

I placed an order on the 24th November having not received it over spoke on there live chat through there website 4 times to told the same crap it has been dispatched it'll be with you soon... it was meant to b delivered the 13th of dec over a week later still not here. I ordered a keychain on 10/4 and it is now 11/13 with no product. When I track my package there has been no update since 10/18 and I am several emails in with customer service with no information. I spent $40 and I want my product. They refuse to give me any legit information and I am livid.
